Abstract
การศึกษาเรื่อง ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานรักษาความปลอดภัยของเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัยมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อทราบถึงปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการปฏิบัติงานของการรักษาความปลอดภัยในมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา และเพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาการรักษาความปลอดภัยในมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ เจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัยทั้งหมด จำนวน 132 คน และเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม ผลการศึกษาพบว่า เจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัยในมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยาเป็น เพศชาย คิดเป็นร้อยละ 90.91 ช่วงอายุระหว่าง 30-39 ปี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 33.33 อยู่ในสถานภาพสมรส ร้อยละ 49.24 มีภูมิลำเนาอยู่ในอำเภอเมืองพะเยา ร้อยละ 62.88 ระดับวุฒิการศึกษา ม.6 หรือเทียบเท่าคิดเป็นร้อยละ 43.94 ได้รับค่าตอบแทนประมาณ 10,000 - 14,999 บาท ต่อหนึ่งเดือนร้อยละ 50.76 มีประสบการณ์การทำงาน 0 - 10 ปี ร้อยละ 84.09 การประเมินด้านสภาพการปฏิบัติงานแบ่งออกเป็น 6 ด้าน ด้านที่ได้คะแนนเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านความรู้สึกเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของหน่วยงาน มีค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนเท่ากับ 4.26 และด้านสภาพการปฏิบัติงาน และความรับผิดชอบในหน้าที่ปกติ ได้คะแนนเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ 3.88 การประเมินระดับของการปฏิบัติงานรักษาความปลอดภัยความคิดเห็นเฉลี่ยรวม 4.22 อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด หากดูแต่ละข้อย่อย พบว่า ความคิดเห็นต่อการเห็นสิ่งผิดปกติขณะปฏิบัติหน้าที่เวรยาม จะรีบประสานผู้รับผิดชอบที่เกี่ยวข้องในทันทีมีคะแนนสูงสุด คือ 4.61 และพบว่า ความคิดเห็นต่อพื้นที่ที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่เวรยามนั้น มีแสงสว่างเพียงพอต่อการปฏิบัติงานมีความคิดเห็นต่ำสุด คือ 3.78
Description
The purpose of the study was to study the factors that are related to the performance of security staffs in University of Phayao and to guide the development of more effective security. The samples consisted of 132 participants who were security staffs of University of Phayao and the questionnaire was used as an instrument for data collection. The results of this study found that general information of participants found that the security staffs were male for 90.91%. It would be a clear difference between female staff and male staff at the university, which will be determined by taking into account the nature of work is important, age between 30-39 years for 33.33%, marital status for 49.25%, domiciled in Muang Phayao for 62.88%, education level was high school for 43.94%, income was 10,000-14,999 baht per month and work experience was 0-10 years for 84.09%. Second, assessment of job performance divided into 6 parts; the part of the feeling of being part of an authority has the highest level at 4.2. The part of the operational conditions and the responsibility of the normally have the lowest level at 3.88. Finally, assessment of the level of operational security has the highest level at average 4.22. The degree of agreement to see what’s wrong on the duty, the security staffs will be responsible for coordination the relevant immediately with the highest score was 4.61 and the degree of agreement on guard duty areas that was light enough was the lowest level at 3.78
