Abstract
ตำบลศรีดอนชัยเป็นอีกตำบลหนึ่งที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากปัญหาความล้มเหลว ในการบริหารจัดการระบบประปาชุมชน ซึ่งปัญหาเหล่านี้ส่งผลกระทบต่อวิถีการดำรงชีวิตของประชาชนผู้ใช้น้ำ การศึกษาการบริหารจัดการระบบประปาชุมชนนี้ จึงใช้ข้อมูลด้านรายรับ-รายจ่าย จำนวนครัวเรือนผู้ใช้น้ำ อัตราการใช้น้ำต่อครัวเรือน ต้นทุนต่อหน่วย อัตราค่าบริการ นำมาวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบเป็นเปอร์เซ็นต์ โดยนำเสนอในแบบรูปตาราง เพื่อศึกษาหาค่าการดำเนินการที่ควรจะเป็น พบว่า ต้องมีจำนวนผู้ใช้น้ำต่อครัวเรือน 90% ของผู้ใช้น้ำทั้งหมด มีปริมาณการใช้น้ำ 16 ลบ.ม. ขึ้นไปต่อครัวเรือน ค่าบริการน้ำประปา 6-8 บาทต่อหน่วย และมีต้นทุนการผลิต 7-8 ต่อ ลบ.ม. โดยเป็นค่าเฉลี่ยต่อเดือนในแต่ละปี รวมทั้งศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ปัญหาในด้านคน การเงิน เศรษฐกิจชุมชน วัสดุอุปกรณ์ การจัดการ คุณภาพน้ำ ความเพียงพอ และแรงดันของน้ำประปา วัฒนธรรมในการบริโภคน้ำ ปัญหาด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์ การรณรงค์ การออกกฎระเบียบ ข้อบังคับที่จะสามารถสังเคราะห์ผลให้กิจการประปาฟื้นฟูกลับมาใช้งานได้อีกครั้งอย่างยั่งยืน
Description
