Abstract
การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาการลาออกการศึกษาของนิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา และเพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาการลาออกการศึกษาของนิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ นิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยาที่ยื่นคำร้องลาออกการศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา จำนวน 268 คน ขอบเขตเนื้อหาที่ทำการศึกษา ได้แก่ สภาพปัญหาการลาออกการศึกษาของนิสิต เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา เป็นแบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลผลการศึกษาโดยการหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ในภาพรวมทั้ง 4 ด้าน พบว่า นิสิตมีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพปัญหาการลาออกการศึกษาของนิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านอาจารย์/บุคลากร อยู่ในระดับมาก นอกนั้นอยู่ในระดับปานกลางทุกด้าน โดยเรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านมหาวิทยาลัย และด้านนิสิตตามลำดับ ด้านนิสิต โดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อ พบว่า อยู่ในระดับปานกลางทุกข้อ โดยเรียงจากค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้ดังนี้ ต้องการศึกษาในสถาบันการศึกษาอื่น การปรับตัวเข้าศึกษาในระดับมหาวิทยาลัย ผลการเรียนไม่ถึงเกณฑ์ที่มหาวิทยาลัยกำหนด ความพร้อมทางครอบครัวในการส่งเสริมสนับสนุนการศึกษาในสาขาวิชาที่ไม่ตรงกับความสนใจ ความพร้อมด้านการเงิน หลักสูตรสาขาวิชาที่เรียนไม่ตรงกับความถนัด ความพร้อมด้านสุขภาพกายและสุขภาพจิต และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างเพื่อนร่วมสถาบันการศึกษา ตามลำดับ ด้านมหาวิทยาลัย โดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อ พบว่า อยู่ในระดับปานกลางทุกข้อ โดยเรียงจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ สถานที่ตั้งของมหาวิทยาลัยอยู่ไกลบ้าน มหาวิทยาลัยมีกองทุนกู้ยืมเงินเพื่อการศึกษาจากรัฐบาลและกองทุนกู้ยืมฉุกเฉิน ด้านสาธารณูปโภค มหาวิทยาลัยไม่มีคุณภาพความเชื่อมั่นในคุณภาพทางการศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัย ความปลอดภัยในการใช้บริการรถรับส่งภายในมหาวิทยาลัย การบริการรถรับส่งภายในมหาวิทยาลัย บรรยากาศและสิ่งแวดล้อมภายในมหาวิทยาลัยที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนและการใช้ชีวิต และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในมหาวิทยาลัย ตามลำดับ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน โดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อ พบว่า มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยเรียงจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้สื่อการเรียนการสอนไม่เพียงพอ ไม่มีคุณภาพ อาทิ เช่น มีการชำรุดบ่อย แต่ไม่มีการบำรุงรักษา การนำเอกสารในปีที่ผ่านมาใช้ในการจัดการเรียนการสอน การมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการเรียนรู้ และหลักสูตรสาขาวิชาที่เรียนสอนไม่ตรงกับความต้องการของตลาดแรงงาน ตามลำดับ และด้านอาจารย์/บุคลากร มีสภาพปัญหาการลาออกการศึกษา โดยรวมเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อ พบว่า มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก 3 ข้อ เรียงจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ การให้บริการของบุคลากร รองลงมา คือ ความเอาใจใส่ดูแลของอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา และการให้คำปรึกษาของคณาจารย์ นอกนั้นอยู่ในระดับปานกลางเรียงจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ ความเอาใจใส่ด้านการเรียนของอาจารย์ผู้สอนต่อนิสิต ชื่อเสียงของอาจารย์ที่สอน ประสบการณ์ในการสอนของอาจารย์ผู้สอนเทคโนโลยีการถ่ายทอดความรู้ให้แก่นิสิต และคุณวุฒิของอาจารย์ผู้สอนตามลำดับ
