Abstract
การศึกษาค้นคว้าด้วยตนเองนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารตามหลักกิจการบ้านเมืองที่ดีขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านปิน อำเภอดอกคำใต้ จังหวัดพะเยา 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของประชาชนเกี่ยวกับการบริหารตามหลักกิจการบ้านเมืองที่ดีขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านปิน อำเภอดอกคำใต้ จังหวัดพะเยา ของประชาชนที่มีเพศ อายุ และระดับการศึกษา แตกต่างกัน และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับปัญหา และแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาการบริหารตามหลักกิจการบ้านเมืองที่ดีขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านปิน อำเภอดอกคำใต้ จังหวัดพะเยา ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ประชาชนผู้มีสิทธิเลือกตั้งอายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไป จำนวน 4,346 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่า t-test และ f-test ถ้าพบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ จะทดสอบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของ LSD (Least-Significant Different) นำเสนอในรูปแบบตารางประกอบการบรรยาย
Description
The purpose of Independent Study was as follows: 1) in order to study the principles of good governance of Ban Pin Sub-district Administrative Organization Dokkhamtai District Phayao Province. 2) To compare population opinion about the principles of good governance of Ban Pin Sub-District Administrative Organization Dokkhamtai District Phayao Province about population with gender, age and education differences. 3) To study about the problem and solve the problems of management in accordance with good governance of Ban Pin Sub-District Administrative Organization Dokkhamtai District Phayao Province. The population of study who were the elections of 4,346 populations aged more than 18 years. The questionnaires were used for collecting data. The descriptive statistics used in analyzing data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and f-test. If the difference was statistically significant difference in the average earnings by means of the LSD (Least-Significant Different) by presented in tabular form of presentation.
