Abstract
การวิจัยเรื่อง การพัฒนาระบบบันทึกข้อมูลและรายงานผลการวิเคราะห์แบบเรียลไทม์ เพื่อการใช้งานครุภัณฑ์ในห้องปฏิบัติการสรีรวิทยา โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาระบบและทดสอบประสิทธิภาพของระบบบันทึกข้อมูล และรายงานผลการวิเคราะห์แบบเรียลไทม์เพื่อการใช้งานครุภัณฑ์ในห้องปฏิบัติการสรีรวิทยา 2) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจในการใช้งานระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้น เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ 1) ระบบบันทึกข้อมูลและรายงานผลการวิเคราะห์แบบเรียลไทม์ที่พัฒนาขึ้น 2) การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก 3) แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจการใช้ระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้น โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ บุคลากรสายวิชาการและบุคลากรสายสนับสนุนในสาขาสรีรวิทยา คณะวิทยาศาสตร์การแพทย์ จำนวน 16 คน โดยผู้วิจัยได้กำหนดครุภัณฑ์ในการเก็บข้อมูลแบบเจาะจง จากสถิติการใช้งานในห้องปฏิบัติการในปี 2566 เพื่อใช้เก็บข้อมูลการศึกษาความพึงพอในการใช้งานระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้น ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นช่วยแก้ปัญหาการจัดเก็บข้อมูล การสูญหายของเอกสารง่ายต่อการสืบค้นข้อมูล ลดการสิ้นเปลืองทรัพยากรกระดาษ และลดความผิดพลาดของการปฏิบัติงาน ระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นยังช่วยรายงานผลการใช้งาน และแจ้งเตือนไปยังผู้ดูแลรับผิดชอบครุภัณฑ์เพื่อให้ทราบถึงสถานะการใช้งานของครุภัณฑ์ เมื่อเกิดความเสียหายสามารถแก้ไข และตรวจสอบย้อนหลังได้ และความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้งานระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้น พบว่า ผู้ใช้งานระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีความพึงพอใจทุกด้านในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ประกอบด้วย ด้านความครบถ้วนตามความต้องการ (𝑋= 4.70) ด้านการใช้งานของระบบ (𝑋= 4.61) ด้านประโยชน์ที่ได้รับ (𝑋= 4.51) และด้านประสิทธิภาพ อยู่ในระดับมาก (𝑋= 4.45) จากการศึกษาสามารถสรุปได้ว่าการพัฒนาระบบบันทึกข้อมูล และรายงานผลการวิเคราะห์แบบเรียลไทม์เพื่อการใช้งานครุภัณฑ์ในห้องปฏิบัติการสรีรวิทยามีประโยชน์ สามารถนำไปใช้ได้จริง เพื่อพัฒนางานประจำให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น และอาจจะเป็นแนวปฏิบัติที่สามารถนำไปใช้กับห้องปฏิบัติการอื่น ๆ ได้
Description
The development of online records and the analytic report of data assets real-time system for laboratory physiology. The objectives were 1) the development and performance testing of the efficiency of online records and the analytic report of data assets real-time system for laboratory physiology, and 2) the satisfaction of using online records and the analytic report of data assets real-time system for laboratory physiology. Research instruments were 1) online records and the analytic report of data assets real-time system for laboratory physiology 2) in-depth interviews, and 3) the satisfaction of using form. The population studied is the academic personnel and support personnel for the Division of Physiology School of Medical Sciences. This study used a population of 16 people. The researcher used Purposive sampling for data collection from usage statistics in the laboratory 2023. Results of the research showed that online records and the analytic report of data assets real-time effectively address challenges related to data management, document loss, and paper waste. It improves data retrieval, reduces operational errors, and notifies equipment managers. The satisfaction of users at the highest level. It consisted of Functional requirement (𝑋= 4.70), usability (𝑋= 4.61), benefits (𝑋= 4.51), and performance (𝑋= 4.45). The study for the research conclusion the development of online records and the analytic report of data assets real-time system for laboratory physiology showed benefits and the system can be used to develop work effectiveness and may apply to the laboratory.
