Abstract
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับการบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่ความเป็นเลิศของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเชียงราย 2) เปรียบเทียบการบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่ความเป็นเลิศของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเชียงราย จำแนกตามอายุ และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูในสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเชียงราย จำนวน 313 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรการคำนวณหากลุ่มตัวอย่างของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน และสุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้วิธีสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิ ตามสหวิทยาเขต เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ โดยมีค่าความเที่ยงตรง (Validity) เท่ากับ 1.00 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น (Reliability) เท่ากับ 0.98 สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ระดับสภาพการบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่ความเป็นเลิศ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเชียงราย ในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน ด้านที่อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด คือ ด้านการนำองค์กร รองลงมา คือ ด้านกลยุทธ์ และน้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านผลลัพธ์ และด้านการปฏิบัติการ 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบการบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่ความเป็นเลิศของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเชียงราย จำแนกตามอายุ และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน พบว่า ในภาพรวมผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูที่มีอายุและประสบการณ์ในการทำงานต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่ความเป็นเลิศแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
Description
This research aims to: 1) study the level of school administration towards excellence of schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office Chiang Rai, and 2) compare the school administration towards excellence of schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office Chiang Rai, classified by age and work experience. The sample group consisted of school administrators and teachers in the Secondary Education Service Area Office Chiang Rai, totaling 313 people. The sample size was determined using Krejcie and Morgan's formula, and sampling was conducted using stratified random sampling based on school consortium. The research instrument used was a proportional scale questionnaire with 5 levels, with a validity is 1.00 and reliability is 0.98. Statistical analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and One-way ANOVA. Research revealed that 1) the overall state of school administration towards excellence under the Secondary Education Service Area Office Chiang Rai was at a high level in all aspects. When considering each aspect, the highest level was in organizational leadership, followed by strategy, and the lowest was in results and operations. 2) The comparative results of school administration towards excellence under the Secondary Education Service Area Office Chiang Rai categorized by age and work experience showed significant statistical differences in perceptions of excellence administration among school administrators and teachers with different ages and work experiences at a significant level of 0.05.
