| dc.description | The study, the analysis of workload and ratio of academic personnel to number of students for planning the management of the Doctor of Dental Surgery Program, University of Phayao, has the following objectives: 1. To assess the workload and the academic personnel to-student ratio and, 2. To develop a management and staffing plan for the program. The School of Dentistry, University of Phayao, has organized its teaching and learning into 11 fields of study. From the study, it was found that the total number of hours of workload of academic personnel in the General Dentistry Department was the highest throughout the academic year, at 6,651 hours. As a result, this department must have 5.28 FTE full-time lecturers. The following was Oral Diagnosis Division at 6,555 hours. As a result, it must have 5.20 FTE full-time lecturers, and Prosthodontics had a workload hour throughout the academic year of 6,232 hours. Therefore, the Prosthodontics must have 4.95 FTE full-time lecturers. The total of student credits (SCH) which calculated from the number of credits according to the curriculum and the number of students registered throughout the academic year, found that the Oral Diagnosis Department contained the highest total number of students at 720SCH, resulting in 20.00 FTES of full-time students. The second largest number was the Dental Public Health Department, with 630 SCH, resulting in 17. 50 FTES of full-time students. The General Dentistry Department had 570 SCH, resulting in 15.83 FTES of full-time students. The analysis of the ratio of academic personnel to students of the School of Dentistry, University of Phayao, according to the proportion of the full-time workload analysis of academic personnel and the number of full-time students, showed that the department with the highest ratio of academic personnel to students were Dental Public Health, Oral Diagnosis, and Oral Surgery, respectively. | |
| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษา เรื่อง การวิเคราะห์ภาระงานและอัตราส่วนของบุคลากรสายวิชาการต่อจำนวนนิสิตใช้ในการวางแผนบริหารจัดการหลักสูตรทันตแพทยศาสตรบัณฑิต มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1. เพื่อวิเคราะห์ภาระงานและอัตราส่วนบุคลากรสายวิชาการต่อจำนวนนิสิต 2. เพื่อวางแผนการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตรและอัตรากำลังคณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ได้บริหารจัดการการเรียนการสอนออกเป็น 11 สาขาวิชา และจากการศึกษาพบว่า ผลรวมจำนวนชั่วโมงภาระงานของบุคลากรสายวิชาการของสาขาวิชาทันตกรรมทั่วไป มีผลรวมจำนวนชั่วโมงของบุคลากรสายวิชาการตลอดปีการศึกษามากที่สุด จำนวน 6,651 ชั่วโมง ส่งผลให้สาขาวิชาทันตกรรมทั่วไปต้องมีจำนวนอาจารย์เต็มเวลา จำนวน 5.28 FTE รองลงมาเป็นสาขาวิชาวิทยาการวินิจฉัยโรคช่องปาก จำนวน 6,555 ชั่วโมง ส่งผลให้สาขาวิชาวิทยาการวินิจฉัยโรคช่องปาก ต้องมีจำนวนอาจารย์เต็มเวลา จำนวน 5.20 FTE และสาขาวิชาทันตกรรมประดิษฐ์ มีภาระงานตลอดปีการศึกษา จำนวน 6,232 ชั่วโมง ส่งผลให้สาขาวิชาทันตกรรมประดิษฐ์ ต้องมีจำนวนอาจารย์เต็มเวลา จำนวน 4.95 FTE ส่วนผลรวมจำนวนหน่วยกิตนิสิต (SCH) ที่คำนวณจากจำนวนหน่วยกิตตามแผนการศึกษา และจำนวนนิสิตที่ทำการลงทะเบียนเรียนตลอดปีการศึกษา พบว่า สาขาวิชาวิทยาการวินิจฉัยโรคช่องปาก มีจำนวนผลรวมจำนวนนิสิตมากที่สุด จำนวน 720 SCH ส่งผลให้มีจำนวนนิสิตเต็มเวลา จำนวน 20.00 FTES รองลงมาเป็นสาขาวิชาทันตสาธารณสุข มีจำนวนผลรวมจำนวนนิสิต จำนวน 630 SCH ส่งผลให้มีจำนวนนิสิตเต็มเวลาจำนวน 17.50 FTES และสาขาวิชาทันตกรรมทั่วไป มีจำนวนผลรวมจำนวนนิสิต จำนวน 570 SCH ส่งผลให้มีจำนวนนิสิตเต็มเวลา จำนวน 15.83 FTES การวิเคราะห์อัตราส่วนบุคลากรสายวิชาการต่อนิสิต คณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ตามสัดส่วนการวิเคราะห์ภาระงานเต็มเวลาของบุคลากรสายวิชาการ และจำนวนนิสิตเต็มเวลาจะพบได้ว่า สาขาวิชาที่มีอัตราส่วนบุคลากรสายวิชาการต่อนิสิตมากที่สุด คือ สาขาวิชาทันตสาธารณสุข สาขาวิชาวิทยาการวินิจฉัยโรคช่องปาก และสาขาวิชาศัลยศาสตร์ช่องปาก ตามลำดับ | |
