Abstract
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อพัฒนาระบบลงทะเบียนเข้าสอบสัมภาษณ์ออนไลน์สำหรับผู้มีสิทธิ์สอบเข้าศึกษาคณะเภสัชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา และประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานระบบพัฒนาตามวงจรการพัฒนาระบบ (SDLC) ประกอบด้วยขั้นตอนการศึกษาความต้องการ ออกแบบระบบพัฒนาระบบ ทดสอบระบบ และประเมินผลระบบการวิจัยใช้แบบสอบถามออนไลน์เป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูล กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยนักเรียน อาจารย์ และเจ้าหน้าที่ รวมทั้งสิ้น 98 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถแก้ไขข้อจำกัดของระบบเดิม เช่น การยืนยันตัวตน การจำกัดสิทธิ์การเข้าใช้งาน การจัดเก็บข้อมูลอย่างเป็นระบบ และสามารถใช้งานได้บนหลากหลายอุปกรณ์ นอกจากนี้ ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานอยู่ในระดับมากถึงมากที่สุด ในทุกด้าน ได้แก่ ความสะดวกในการเข้าถึง ความง่ายในการใช้งาน ความถูกต้องของข้อมูล และประสิทธิภาพของระบบโดยรวม แสดงให้เห็นว่าระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
Description
This research aimed to develop an online interview registration system for eligible applicants to the School of Pharmacy, University of Phayao, and to evaluate user satisfaction with the system. The system was designed and developed based on the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), which includes requirement analysis, system design, development, testing, and evaluation. The sample group consisted of 98 participants, including students, lecturers, and administrative staff. Data were collected using an online questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that the developed system effectively addressed the limitations of the previous method, such as user authentication, access control, systematic data management, and multi-device compatibility. The user satisfaction assessment indicated high to highest levels of satisfaction in all aspects, including ease of access, user-friendliness, data accuracy, and overall system efficiency. These findings confirm that the developed system is efficient and responsive to user needs.
