Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาอำเภอแม่ฟ้าหลวง 2) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา อำเภอแม่ฟ้าหลวง 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา อำเภอแม่ฟ้าหลวง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 ซึ่งได้กำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางเครจซี่และมอร์แกน และใช้การสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified random sampling) โดยใช้ขนาดโรงเรียนเป็นเกณฑ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาอำเภอแม่ฟ้าหลวง จำนวน 248 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ซึ่งมีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องอยู่ระหว่าง 0.67-1.00 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.80 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา อำเภอแม่ฟ้าหลวง โดยรวมและอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ระดับการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา อำเภอแม่ฟ้าหลวง โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3) ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกอยู่ในระดับสูงมากกับการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา อำเภอแม่ฟ้าหลวง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

The objectives of this research were 1) the level of academic leadership of school administrators in Mea Fah Lung District. 2) the level of internal quality assurance operation of schools of Mea Fah Lung District. and 3) the relationship between the academic leadership of school and internal quality assurance operation of schools in Mea Fah Lung District under The Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. Sampling size was determined using Krejcie and Morgan table as well as stratified random sampling. The samples used in this study were 248 teachers under Mea Fah Lung District schools. The 5 rating questionnaires were applied as data collecting. A conformity index value of 0.67-1.00, a sentiment value of 0.80 and analyses by Average, Standard Deviation and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The results of the study were as follows; 1) the level of academic Leadership of school administrators in Mea Fah Lung District school administrators were wholly qualified as good level. 2) the level of internal quality assurance operation of schools of Mea Fah Lung District wholly qualified as good level. 3) The relationship between academic leadership of school and internal quality assurance operation of schools in Mea Fah Lung District under the office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 was a positive correlation and statically significant at .01 level.
