| dc.description | A preliminary survey of Ethnobotany utilization in 3 villages at Ban Tun Sub-district, Mueang Phayao District, Phayao Province was conducted between September 2018 – March 2019. This study was carried out to explore and record those plant and plant parts used by the traditional utilization in 3 villages in Phayao Province. Ethnobotanical data were collected by interviewing 3 local herbalists and interviewing 47 villagers. The survey identified 150 species of utilization plant form a total of 56 families. The Fabaceae family was the most commonly used plant family representing 12% of all the plant species recorded by this study, followed by the Acanthaceae and Poaceae family at 6%, and Euphorbiaceae family at 4.67%, respectively. The habits of the plant used was 45 Herb, 44 Shrub, 39 Tree, 19 Climber, 2 Fern, and 1 Psilophyta. Plants uses were divided into 7 utilization categories. 92 species for edible, 72 species for medicine, 18 species for construction, 20 species for ritual purpose, 2 species for clothing material, 10 species for fuel material and 12 species with miscellaneous uses. | dc.description.abstract | การสำรวจพฤกษศาสตร์พื้นบ้านในเขตพื้นที่บ้านบัว บ้านห้วยหม้อและบ้านเหล่า ตำบลบ้านตุ่น อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดพะเยา ทำการศึกษาระหว่างเดือนกันยายน พ.ศ. 2561 ถึง เดือนมีนาคม พ.ศ. 2562 เพื่อสำรวจพฤกษศาสตร์พื้นบ้าน ศึกษาการใช้ประโยชน์ต่าง ๆ จากพืชที่มีความสำคัญในชุมชน และจัดจำแนกตามการใช้ประโยชน์ โดยสัมภาษณ์หมอพื้นบ้าน จำนวน 3 คน และสัมภาษณ์ชาวบ้าน 47 คน พบพืชพรรณทั้งหมด 150 ชนิด 56 วงศ์ วงศ์ที่พบมากที่สุด คือ วงศ์ถั่ว (Fabaceae) 12% รองลงมา ได้แก่ วงศ์เหงือกปลาหมอ (Acanthaceae) และวงศ์หญ้า (Poaceae) 6% วงศ์ยางพารา (Euphorbiaceae) 4.67% ตามลำดับ จำแนกตามลักษณะวิสัยเป็น ไม้ล้มลุก จำนวน 45 ชนิด ไม้พุ่ม จำนวน 44 ชนิด ไม้ยืนต้น จำนวน 39 ชนิด ไม้เลื้อย จำนวน 19 ชนิด เฟิร์น จำนวน 2 ชนิด และพืชมีท่อลำเลียงชั้นต่ำ จำนวน 1 ชนิด จำแนกประเภทของพืชตามลักษณะการใช้ประโยชน์ 7 ประเภท แบ่งเป็นพืชอาหาร 92 ชนิด พืชสมุนไพร 72 ชนิด พืชสร้างที่อยู่อาศัย 18 ชนิด พืชวัฒนธรรมและความเชื่อ 20 ชนิด พืชใช้ทำเครื่องนุ่งห่ม 2 ชนิด พืชที่ใช้เป็นแหล่งพลังงาน 10 ชนิด และพืชใช้ประโยชน์ อื่น ๆ 12 ชนิด ส่วนของพืชที่มีการนำมาใช้ประโยชน์มากที่สุด คือ ใบ 24% รองลงมา ได้แก่ ผลและเมล็ด 20% ลำต้นและเหง้า 19% ทั้งต้น 12% ราก 11% ดอก 10% เนื้อไม้และกระพี้ 4% ตามลำดับ | |
