| dc.description | This research aimed to 1) study the innovative leadership of school administrators under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area, Chiang Rai Area 3, and 2) study the guidelines for developing innovative leadership of school administrators under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area, Chiang Rai Area 3. The sample consisted of 322 teachers and administrators under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area, Chiang Rai Area 3 in the academic year 2024, which were obtained from the sampling size in the Crazy and Morgan sample size table and using the simple random sampling method. The informants were 5 experts. The research instruments were questionnaires and interview forms. The statistics used for quantitative data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. For qualitative data, content analysis was used. The overall picture was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest mean was motivation, and the aspect with the lowest mean was creativity. Guidelines for developing innovative leadership of school administrators under the Office of the Chiang Rai Educational Service Area 3, totaling 8 areas: 1) having a vision for change, 2) working as a team, 3) thinking creatively, 4) creating an organizational atmosphere, 5) creating motivation, 6) daring to take risks and make decisions, 7) using information and communication technology, 8) making decisions and solving problems. | |
| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาวิจัยในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูและผู้บริหารในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 ปีการศึกษา 2567 จำนวน 322 ซึ่งได้จากการสุ่มขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างในตารางกำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างของเครซี่และมอร์แกน และใช้วิธีการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย ผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 5 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นแบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สำหรับข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ด้านการสร้างแรงจูงใจ และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านการคิดสร้างสรรค์ แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาเชียงรายเขต 3 ทั้งหมด 8 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์สู่การเปลี่ยนแปลง 2) ด้านการทำงานเป็นทีม 3) ด้านการคิดสร้างสรรค์ 4) ด้านการสร้างบรรยากาศขององค์กร 5) ร่างการสร้างแรงจูงใจ 6) ความกล้าเสี่ยงกล้าตัดสินใจ 7) ด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร 8) ด้านการตัดสินใจและแก้ปัญหา | |
