Abstract
การศึกษาเรื่อง การวิเคราะห์การเบิกจ่ายค่าตอบแทนการสอนอาจารย์พิเศษของคณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2565 มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันของการเบิกจ่ายค่าตอบแทนการสอนของอาจารย์พิเศษ 2. ศึกษาจำนวนภาระงานสอนของอาจารย์ประจำในการปฏิบัติงานการสอนตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานภาระงาน 3. เพื่อเป็นข้อมูลประกอบในการลดต้นทุนการผลิตทันตแพทย์ และจากการศึกษาวิเคราะห์ พบว่า ชั่วโมงการสอนในปีการศึกษา 2565 สาขาวิชาทันตกรรมประดิษฐ์มีชั่วโมงการสอนมากที่สุด รองลงมาเป็นสาขาวิชาวินิจฉัยโรคช่องปาก และสาขาวิชาศัลยศาสตร์ช่องปาก ส่วนสาขาวิชาที่ดำเนินการเชิญอาจารย์พิเศษมาสอนมากที่สุด ได้แก่ สาขาวิชาทันตกรรมประดิษฐ์ จำนวน 611 ชั่วโมง สาขาวิชาศัลยศาสตร์ จำนวน 527 ชั่วโมง และสาขาวิชาทันตกรรมหัตถการ จำนวน 400 ชั่วโมงตามลำดับ การวิเคราะห์การจัดการเรียนการสอนในปีการศึกษา 2565 ทั้งหมด หากอาจารย์ประจำสอนตามเกณฑ์ภาระงานที่กำหนด จำนวน 1,260 ชั่วโมงตลอดปีการศึกษา คณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์จะประหยัดค่าใช้จ่ายในการเรียนเชิญอาจารย์พิเศษ จำนวน เท่ากับ 13,147,200 บาท โดยหากวิเคราะห์ตามจำนวนชั่วโมงภาระงานสอนตามเกณฑ์ภาระงานที่มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยากำหนดมีเพียง 3 สาขาวิชาเท่านั้นที่สามารถดำเนินการเชิญอาจารย์พิเศษจากหน่วยงานภายนอกมาทำการสอนให้กับนิสิตได้ ได้แก่ สาขาวิชาทันตกรรมประดิษฐ์ สาขาวิชาศัลยศาสตร์ช่องปาก และสาขาวิชาวิทยาการวินิจฉัย โดยมีประมาณการค่าตอบแทนของอาจารย์พิเศษสูงสุด จำนวน 2,592,000 บาท
Description
The Study of the Analysis of Disbursement of Teaching wages for Part-time Instructors, School of Dentistry University of Phayao in Academic Year 2022 aimed 1. To study the current condition of teaching wages disbursement for part-time instructors. 2.To study the workloads of full-time instructors in teaching in outer to comply with the workloads standard, 3.to acquire the supporting information for reducing the cost of dentists' production, And the study found that teaching hours in the academic year 2022, prosthodontics department contained the greatest number of teaching hours, followed by the oral diagnosis depart meat, and oral surgery department on the other hand, the departments that hire part-time instructors The most, were Prosthodontics, 611 hours, Oral Surgery, 527 hours, and Operative Dentistry, 400 hours respectively. An analysis of teaching and learning management in the entire academic year 2022, revealed that full-time instructors teach complying with the workload’s standard of 1,260 hours throughout the academic year the school of Dentistry will save 13,147,200 baht from hiring part-time instructors. From the analyzing the number of teaching hours workload according to the workload standard specified by the University of Phayao, there are only 3 departments that can hire part-time from other institute to teach the students, which were Prosthodontics.
