| dc.description | This study aims to 1) examine management level of Kalyanamitta Dhamma administrations under Chiang Rai primary educational Service area office 3 2) examine school effectiveness under Chiang Rai primary educational Service area office 3 3) examine The relationship between administration according to Kalyanamitta Dhamma administrations with school effectiveness Chiang Rai primary educational Service area office 3 The sample group consisted of 322 Leadership of School Administrators and teachers under Chiang Rai primary educational Service area office 3. Instrument of the research is Rating Scale Questionnaire 5 levels. The statistics used in the data analysis were Frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson correlation coefficient. The results of the study were as follow 1) The findings revealed that Kalyanamitta Dhamma administrations of Leadership of School under Chiang Rai primary educational Service area office 3, as a whole, the overall level was at a high level. Considering each aspect. There is a high level in every aspect. The aspect with the highest average was the leaders know how to use words next, leaders lead in a good direction. Leaders use words that are profound. leader is attentive. leaders are patient. and Respectable leadership aspect, respectively. The aspect with the least mean was the leadership side is admirable. 2) effectiveness of school under Chiang rai primary educational Service area office 3, as a whole, the overall level was at a high level. Considering each aspect. There is a high level in every aspect. The aspect with the highest average in terms of achieving the goals of the educational institution and educational institution development and terms of producing students with high academic achievement. The aspect with the least mean was the development of students to have positive attitude. 3) The relationship between administration according to Kalyanamitta Dhamma in 7 aspect and the effectiveness of school in 4 aspects under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 3 is positively related and at a very high level, with statistical significance at the .01 level. | |
| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาค้นคว้าในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการบริหารตามหลักกัลยาณมิตรของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 2) ศึกษาประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 และ 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารตามหลักกัลยาณมิตรกับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 จำนวน 322 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) การบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมกัลยาณมิตรผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 ภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านผู้นำรู้จักการใช้คำพูด รองลงมา คือ ด้านผู้นำชักนำไปในทางที่ดี ด้านผู้นำใช้ถ้อยคำที่มีความลึกซึ้ง ด้านผู้นำเอาใจใส่ ด้านผู้นำมีความอดทน และด้านผู้นำน่าเคารพ ตามลำดับ ส่วนข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านผู้นำน่ายกย่อง 2) ประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่าอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการบรรลุเป้าหมายของสถานศึกษา รองลงมา คือ ด้านการพัฒนาสถานศึกษา และด้านการผลิตนักเรียนให้มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนสูง ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านการพัฒนานักเรียนให้มีเจตคติทางบวก 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารตามหลักกัลยาณมิตร 7 ด้าน กับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา 4 ด้าน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 มีความสัมพันธ์กันในทางบวกและอยู่ใน ระดับสูงมากอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 | |
