| dc.description | This study was aimed to investigate and compare the leadership of educational institution administrators of Phayawang group of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 35 as perceived and expected by the teachers of Phayawang group, spm 35 in Wangnua District, Lampang. The randomly selected sample comprised 165 basic education institution teachers in Wangnua District of the academic year 2011. The research instrument was a rating scale questionnaire. Statistics used for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The result of the study revealed that the teachers in Wangnua District perceived administrative behavior in initiating structure was at the high level while behaviors in making decision was at the moderate level. It is lower than the expectations in leadership behavior of education institution administrators in the initiating structure and consideration aspects teachers expressed their perceptions at the highest level and high level sequentially. | |
| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กลุ่มโรงเรียนพญาวัง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 35 ตามการรับรู้ และความคาดหวังของครูผู้สอน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ คือ ครูผู้สอนในกลุ่มโรงเรียนพญาวัง จำนวน 165 คน โดยเครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating scale) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน จากผลการวิจัยพบว่า ครูรับรู้ว่าผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีพฤติกรรมที่แสดงออกถึงภาวะผู้นำมุ่งงาน อยู่ในระดับมีการปฏิบัติบ่อยครั้ง แต่มีพฤติกรรมที่แสดงออกถึงภาวะผู้นำมุ่งสัมพันธ์ ซึ่งอยู่ในระดับมีการปฏิบัติเป็นครั้งคราว ซึ่งระดับต่ำกว่าความคาดหวัง คือ ผลของความคาดหวังของครูผู้สอนต่อพฤติกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ที่แสดงออกถึงภาวะผู้นำทั้งในด้านมุ่งงาน และมุ่งสัมพันธ์ที่อยู่ในระดับมีการปฏิบัติสม่ำเสมอ และมีการปฏิบัติบ่อยครั้งตามลำดับ | |
