Abstract
การวิเคราะห์เชิงคุณภาพและเชิงปริมาณของสารสกัดหยาบจากยอดอ่อนใบหูกวาง พบว่า มีแทนนินและสารประกอบฟีนอลิกเป็นองค์ประกอบหลัก การหาปริมาณสารประกอบฟีนอลิกรวม ทำได้โดยใช้เทคนิคทางสเปกโตรสโคปี ผลที่ได้พบว่า ในสารสกัดหยาบของยอดอ่อนใบหูกวาง มีปริมาณฟีนอลิกรวม 4.5080 กรัม gallic acid equivalent (GAE) ต่อกรัมสารสกัด โดยใช้อลูมิเนียมเป็นมอร์แดนท์
Description
The qualitative and quantitative analysis of crude extract from the young leaves of Terminalia catappa L. presented tannin and phenolic compound as the main components. The determination of total phenolic content was carried out on spectroscopic method. The results indicated that the crude extract from young leaves of Terminalia catappa L. contained total phenolic content with 4.5080 g GAE/g extract. Aluminium was used as mordants.
