Abstract
การศึกษาค้นคว้าด้วยตนเองเรื่อง ปัญหาและความต้องการในการบริหารจัดการของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กที่จัดการเรียนรู้แบบคละชั้น สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพะเยา เขต 1 มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัญหา และความต้องการในการบริหารจัดการของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กที่จัดการเรียนรู้แบบคละชั้น สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพะเยา เขต 1 ประชากรในการศึกษา คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูผู้สอนทุกคนในโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กที่จัดการเรียนรู้แบบคละชั้น สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพะเยา เขต 1 จำนวน 28 โรงเรียน รวมทั้งสิ้น 151 คน โดยแบ่งเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 28 คน และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 123 คน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติค่าเฉลี่ย (μ) และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน นำเสนอในรูปตารางประกอบคำบรรยาย ผลการศึกษาค้นคว้าพบว่า 1. ปัญหาในการบริหารจัดการของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กที่จัดการเรียนรู้ แบบคละชั้น สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพะเยา เขต 1 พบว่า ปัญหาในการบริหารจัดการโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก แยกเป็นรายด้าน ดังนี้ 1.1 ด้านครูและบุคลากร พบว่า มีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการสร้างขวัญและกำลังใจให้กับครูและบุคลากรมากที่สุด รองลงมา คือ การเตรียมการสอนและการวางแผนของครูและบุคลากร ความพอเพียงของครูและบุคลากร และการจัดครูเข้าชั้นเรียน ตามลำดับ ส่วนด้านการมีส่วนร่วมของครูและบุคลากรที่จัดการเรียนรู้แบบคละชั้น มีปัญหาน้อยที่สุด 1.2 ด้านงบประมาณ พบว่า มีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับความพอเพียงของงบประมาณที่ได้รับมากที่สุด รองลงมา คือ การสนับสนุนด้านงบประมาณจากหน่วยงานและสถานประกอบการแหล่งต่าง ๆ ความถูกต้องเหมาะสมในการใช้งบประมาณ ตามลำดับ ส่วนการใช้งบประมาณเป็นไปตามแผนงานงบประมาณที่กำหนดไว้ มีปัญหาน้อยที่สุด 1.3 ด้านสื่อ วัสดุอุปกรณ์ ครุภัณฑ์ และแหล่งเรียนรู้ พบว่า มีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับความพอเพียงของสื่อ วัสดุอุปกรณ์ และครุภัณฑ์ มากที่สุด รองลงมา คือ การเอื้อต่อการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ และความเหมาะสมของสื่อ วัสดุ อุปกรณ์ และครุภัณฑ์ตามลำดับ ส่วนด้านความเหมาะสมของแหล่งเรียนรู้ในการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบคละชั้น มีปัญหาน้อยที่สุด 1.4 ด้านการบริหารจัดการ พบว่า มีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับ การเตรียมการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบคละชั้นมากที่สุด รองลงมา คือ การบริหารจัดการชั้นเรียน การจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้แบบคละชั้น การจัดสภาพแวดล้อมในห้องเรียน ระยะเวลาในการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ การวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ ตามลำดับ ส่วนด้านการ มีส่วนร่วม ของผู้เรียน ในการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ และการนิเทศ กำกับ ติดตามการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบคละชั้น มีปัญหาน้อยที่สุด 2. ความต้องการในการบริหารจัดการของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กที่จัดการเรียนรู้แบบคละชั้น สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพะเยา เขต 1 พบว่า ความต้องการในการบริหารจัดการโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก แยกเป็นรายด้าน ดังนี้ 2.1 ด้านครูและบุคลากร พบว่า มีความต้องการเกี่ยวกับ การสร้างขวัญ และกำลังใจมากที่สุด รองลงมา คือ การอบรมและการพัฒนา การเตรียมการสอน การวางแผนเกี่ยวกับการบริหารจัดการและการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ ตามลำดับ ส่วนการสร้างความตระหนักให้กับครูและบุคลากรมีความต้องการน้อยที่สุด 2.2 ด้านงบประมาณ พบว่า มีความต้องการเกี่ยวกับความพอเพียงของงบประมาณที่ได้รับมากที่สุด รองลงมา คือ การสนับสนุนด้านงบประมาณจากหน่วยงานและสถานประกอบการแหล่งต่าง ๆ ความถูกต้อง เหมาะสม ในการใช้งบประมาณ ตามลำดับ ส่วนการใช้งบประมาณตามแผนงานงบประมาณที่กำหนดไว้มีความต้องการน้อยที่สุด 2.3 ด้านสื่อ วัสดุอุปกรณ์ ครุภัณฑ์และแหล่งเรียนรู้ พบว่า มีความต้องการเกี่ยวกับความพอเพียงของสื่อ วัสดุอุปกรณ์ และครุภัณฑ์ มากที่สุด รองลงมา คือ การเอื้อต่อการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ และความเหมาะสมของสื่อ วัสดุอุปกรณ์ และครุภัณฑ์ตามลำดับ ส่วนความเหมาะสมของแหล่งเรียนรู้ในการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบคละชั้นมีความต้องการน้อยที่สุด 2.4 ด้านการบริหารจัดการ พบว่า มีความต้องการเกี่ยวกับ การบริหารจัดการชั้นเรียนมากที่สุด รองลงมา คือ การเตรียมการจัดการเรียนรู้ การจัดสภาพแวดล้อมในห้องเรียนตามลำดับ ส่วนด้านการ มีส่วนร่วมของผู้เรียนในการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้แบบคละชั้นและการนิเทศ กำกับ ติดตามการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบคละชั้นมีความต้องการน้อยที่สุด
Description
The research with oneself is about problems and needs in the administration of multi-grade classes in the small sized school, under the Office of Phayao Primary Education Service Area 1, has the objectives for studying the problems and needs in the administration of multi-grade classes in the small sized school under the office of Phayao Primary Education Service Area 1.The population in this research are all the directors and teachers of multi-grade classes in the small sized school, under the Office of Phayao Primary Education Service Area 1 are amounting 28 schools. The total populations are 151 persons those are 28 directors of school and 123 teachers. Data analysis by using average statistics (μ) and the part deviates the standard (σ). Presentation by using table picture writes words to narrate. 1. The results of the research about problems in the administration of multi-grade classes in the small sized school, under the Office of Phayao Primary Education Service Area 1 were found the problems in administrative management in 4 items, there are: 1.1 Personal, it means teachers. The first problems are about the possession and the will give with a teacher and the personnel. Next problems are preparing and plane learning activities for the students. Teachers are suitableness for students and class. And about the co-operation of the teachers. It has least problems. 1.2 Budget, the first problems we don’t have enough budget for administrative management in the school. Next problems we don’t have supporting from the other company or business and organization. And next problems are situation in pay and use budget. And the last one is using the budget follow the budget planning. 1.3 Aids, material, teaching aids and places to learn for the students. We don’t have enough teaching aids, materials. All materials and teaching aids that don’t suitable for the students. 1.4 Administrative management, the first we have the problems about preparing learning activities in the administration of multi-grade classes in the small sized school. Next problems that is management classroom, environment in classroom, timing in learning activities, and participate in the measurement and evaluate learning of the students. And the last one is following from the supervisor or the director in the learning activities. 2. The results of the research about needs in the administration of multi-grade classes in the small sized school, under the Office of Phayao Primary Education Service Area 1 were found the problems in administrative management in 4 items, there are: 2.1 Personal, it means teachers. They need something to make them good feeling and good attitude in working the most. Next, they need training and development in teaching methods, preparing in learning activities, planning about administrative management in learning activities. 2.2 Budget, all school in the administration of multi-grade classes in the small sized school need supporting enough budget in administrative management from the government or company or business or organization for management in learning activities for the students. 2.3 Aids, material, teaching aids, all school in the administration of multigrade classes in the small sized school need much more material, teaching aids that suitable for the students and classroom level. And the most important has the useful in the learning activities. 2.4 Administrative management, all school in the administration of multi-grade classes in the small sized school need about classroom management that suitable for the students and classroom level. Next that is preparing learning activities, good classroom environment, and co-operate in the evaluation and measurement between teachers and students.
