| dc.description | The purpose of this research was: 1) to study the current and desired conditions of the management of learners’ development activity based on the concept of the 21st century skill under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. 2) The samples were school administrators and teacher. A total of 291 people was randomly select by the tables of Krejcie and Morgan (1995) at a confidence level of 95%. The data collecting instrument was questionnaire to Likert ratio 5 scale and suitability and feasibility assessment. The statistic included frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and (PNImodifield). The research results showed that: 1) the current and desired conditions of the management of learners’ development activity based on the concept of the 21st century skill under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. Overall, it is at the high level. When considering each area, it was found that the areas with the three highest averages were supervision and monitoring. Promotion and support and assessment and reporting, respectively. highest average scores are as follows: supervision and monitoring, promotion and support, and assessment and reporting, respectively. 2) Desirable conditions of the management of learners’ development activity based on the concept of the 21st century skill under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, overall, at a high level. When considering each area, it was found that the three areas with the highest average values were policy setting and guidelines. Supervision and monitoring and promotion and support respectively. 3) The results of the analysis prioritize needs to be used as guidelines for the management of learners’ development activity based on the concept of the 21st century skill under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. | dc.description.abstract | งานวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนตามแนวคิดทักษะแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 1 2) เพื่อศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะของการบริหารกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนตามแนวคิดทักษะแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้สุ่มจากประชากร โดยกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 95% โดยใช้ตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน (Krejcie and Morgan, 1995) โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย (Simple random sampling) ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู รวมทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 291 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามลักษณะเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ และแบบประเมินความเหมาะสม และความเป็นไปได้สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย เลขคณิต ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความต้องการจำเป็น (PNI_modified) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันของสภาพการบริหารกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนตามแนวคิดทักษะแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 1 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด 3 ลำดับ ได้แก่ ด้านการนิเทศและติดตาม ด้านการส่งเสริมและสนับสนุน และด้านการประเมินและรายงาน ตามลำดับ 2) สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของสภาพการบริหารกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนตามแนวคิดทักษะแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 1 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณา เป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากสุด 3 ลำดับ ได้แก่ ด้านการกำหนดนโยบายและแนวทางปฏิบัติ ด้านการนิเทศและติดตาม และด้านการส่งเสริมและสนับสนุน ตามลำดับ 3) ผลการวิเคราะห์จัดลำดับความสำคัญ ของความต้องการจำเป็นเพื่อใช้เป็นแนวปฏิบัติในการบริหารกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนตามแนวคิดทักษะแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 1 ในภาพรวม ด้านที่มีค่า ความต้องการจำเป็นมากที่สุด คือ ด้านการกำหนดนโยบายและแนวทางปฏิบัติ รองลงมา คือ ด้านการนิเทศและติดตาม และด้านการประเมินและรายงาน ตามลำดับ | |
