Abstract
การชักนำการเจริญเติบโตและการออกดอกของเอื้องจิ๋วในหลอดทดลอง โดยการเพาะเลี้ยงต้นกล้วยไม้บนอาหารกึ่งแข็งสูตร MS และ ½MS (1962) ที่มีการเติมสารควบคุมการ
เจริญ BA ร่วมกับน้ำมะพร้าว และการศึกษาการเจริญเติบโตและการชักนำการออกดอกบนอาหารกึ่งแข็งสูตร MS และ ½MS(1962) ดัดแปลง โดยลดไนโตรเจน (N) ในรูปของ NH4NO3 ลง 10 เท่าและเพิ่มฟอสฟอรัส (P) ในรูปของ KH2PO4 ขึ้น 5 เท่าและเติมสารควบคุมการเจริญเติบโต BA และ/หรือ ร่วมกับ PBZ นอกจากนี้ยังมีการศึกษาผลของ อาหาร MS สูตรดัดแปลงร่วมกับการเติมน้ำตาลซูโครสที่ระดับความเข้มข้นต่างกัน คือ 30,60,90 และ 120 กรัมต่อลิตรจากการศึกษาการเจริญเติบโตของเอื้องจิ๋ว พบว่า อาหารสูตร ½MS ที่มีการเติมสารควบคุมการเจริญเติบโต BA 0.1 มิลลิกรัมต่อลิตรร่วมกับน้ำมะพร้าวสามารถชักนำการเจริญเติบโตได้ดีที่สุด โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 0.72 ซม. และจากการศึกษาอาหารกึ่งแข็งสูตร MS ดัดแปลงที่เติมสารควบคุมการเจริญเติบโต BA และ/หรือ ร่วมกับ PBZ พบว่า อาหารสูตร ½MS ดัดแปลงที่มีการเติม BA มีความสูงเฉลี่ยสูงสุด 1.50 ซม. และการศึกษาผลของอาหาร MS สูตรดัดแปลงร่วมกับการเติมน้ำตาลซูโครสที่ระดับความเข้มข้นต่างกัน พบว่า อาหารสูตร ½MS ที่มีการดัดแปลงธาตุอาหารร่วมกับการเติมน้ำตาลซูโครส 90 กรัมต่อลิตรมีความสูงเฉลี่ยสูงสุด 0.84 ซม. และจากการทดลองทั้งหมดที่กล่าวมา พบว่า ยังไม่มีอาหารสูตรใดที่สามรถชักนำการออกดอกของกล้วยไม้เอื้องจิ๋วในหลอดทดลองได้
