| dc.description | The purposes of this research were 1) to study parents' opinions influencing in decision making to apply their Special Needed children for early intervention service at The Central Special Education Center, Bangkok. 2) to compare parents' opinions towards the factors affecting their decisions to apply their Special Needed children for early intervention service classified by sex, education level, occupation, in come fee and Intervention Service center The sampling group of 175 parents with their Special Needs children were selected for this research. The tool used for data collection was a 5 level rating scale questionnaire with its reliability value of 0.97. The statistics used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t - test, One - way ANOVA and comparison of each pair of factors. The findings were as follows: 1) Factors influencing parents' decision in overall and each aspects were at high level 2) The result of the comparison of parents' opinions classified by sex, education level, occupation, in come fee and Intervention Service center found that parents who were different in occupations and Intervention Service center showed significantly different decision on academic, staff, cost fee, facilities, services, Special Needs Education center's reputation and school building and environment at the statistical significant level of 0.05. | dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยที่ใช้ในการตัดสินใจส่งบุตรหลานที่มีความต้องการจำเป็นพิเศษเข้ารับบริการช่วยเหลือระยะแรกเริ่ม ในศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษส่วนกลาง กรุงเทพมหานคร 2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยที่ใช้ในการตัดสินใจส่งบุตรหลานที่มีความต้องการจำเป็นพิเศษ เข้ารับบริการช่วยเหลือระยะแรกเริ่ม จำแนกตามเพศ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ ค่าใช้จ่าย และสถานที่รับบริการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวจัย ได้แก่ ผู้ปกครองเด็กที่มีความต้องการจำเป็นพิเศษ จำนวน 175 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างรายคู่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ปัจจัยที่ใช้ในการตัดสินใจของปกครอง โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบปัจจัยที่ใช้ในการตัดสินใจ จำแนกตามเพศ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ ค่าใช้จ่าย และสถานที่รับบริการ พบว่า ผู้ปกครองที่มีอาชีพ และสถานที่รับบริการแตกต่างกันมีการตัดสินใจในด้านวิชาการ ด้านบุคลากร ด้านค่าใช้จ่าย ด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก สื่อ บริการ และความช่วยเหลืออื่นใดทางการศึกษา ด้านภาพลักษณ์ของศูนย์การศึกษาพิศษ และด้านอาคารสถานที่และสิ่งแวดล้อม แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 นอกนั้นไม่แตกต่าง | |
