| dc.description | The purposes of Independent Study were as follows: To study Factors Affecting the Good Governance of Dutai Municipality Mueng District Nan Province. and to study the principles of good governance of Dutai Municipality Mueng District Nan Province in the factors of leadership, participation in decision-making in organizations, communication within the organization, resources (money, materials, personnel) and the ability of administration. This research was quantitative research by total of 58 samplings, mean age 39 years and most of all graduated bachelor’s degree. The most sampling were the government, the second employee hired by the mission and permanent employees by average duration of 12 years. Factors affecting the good governance of Dutai Municipality Can be divided into 4 factors as follows arrange from the most to the least such as leadership of administrator, the organizational within the communication and participation in decision-making in the organization, the ability of administration, resources (money, materials, personnel). The implementation of good governance of Dutai municipality were the positive impact of the leadership, participation in decision-making in the organization, the organizational within the communication, resources (money, materials, personnel), the ability of administration means that if increase size factors will follow the principles of good governance of Dutai municipality increases. The suggestions from this study were to follow the principles of good governance Dutai municipality should train for personnel of organizational to practice in the same direction. In addition, there should be public knowledge and has been known by the general public cause even more effective in practice. | |
| dc.description.abstract | การดำเนินการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยการบริหารที่มีผลต่อการปฏิบัติตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของเทศบาลตำบลดู่ใต้ อำเภอเมืองน่าน จังหวัดน่าน และเพื่อศึกษาการปฏิบัติตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของเทศบาลตำบลดู่ใต้ อำเภอเมืองน่าน จังหวัดน่าน ในด้านภาวะผู้นำ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจของสมาชิกในองค์กร ด้านการสื่อสารภายในองค์กร ด้านทรัพยากร (เงิน วัสดุอุปกรณ์ บุคลากร) และด้านความสามารถในการบริหารจัดการ การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 58 คน อายุเฉลี่ย 39 ปี ส่วนใหญ่สำเร็จการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี และกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นข้าราชการ ระยะเวลาในการปฏิบัติงานเฉลี่ย 12 ปี ผลการวิจับพบว่า ปัจจัยการบริหารงานส่งผลต่อการปฏิบัติตามหลักธรรมภิบาล แบ่งได้เป็น 3 กลุ่มหลัก ได้แก่ กลุ่มหลักความโปร่งใส และการมีส่วนร่วม กลุ่มหลักนิติธรรม และคุณธรรม กลุ่มหลักความรับผิดชอบ และความคุ้มค่า โดยปัจจัยการบริหารด้าน ภาวะผู้นำของผู้นำองค์กร และผู้บริหารระดับต่าง ๆ ในองค์กร ส่งผลต่อการปฏิบัติตามหลักความ โปร่งใส และมีส่วนร่วม และการปฏิบัติตามหลักนิติธรรม และคุณธรรม มากที่สุด (นัยสำคัญ 0.01 และ 0.05 ตามลำดับ) ส่วนปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการปฏิบัติตามหลักความรับผิดชอบ และความคุ้มค่า มากที่สุด คือ ปัจจัยด้านความสามารถในการบริหารจัดการ และบริหารทรัพยากรในองค์กร (นัยสำคัญ 0.01) หมายความว่า ถ้าเพิ่มขนาดปัจจัย จะทำให้การปฏิบัติตามหลักธรรมาภิบาล ของเทศบาลตำบลดู่ใต้เพิ่มขึ้นด้วย ข้อเสนอแนะจากการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ในการปฏิบัติตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของเทศบาลตำบลดู่ใต้ ควรมีการอบรมทำความเข้าใจแก่บุคลากรขององค์กร เพื่อให้ปฏิบัติไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน และควรมีการเผยแพร่ความรู้ และประชาสัมพันธ์ให้ประชาชน ทั่วไปได้รับทราบ จะทำให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพในทางปฏิบัติมากยิ่งขึ้น | |
