| dc.description | A descriptive cross sectional study design was used in this work. The purpose of this study was to explore the level of volunteer behavior and emotional intelligence (EQ)of undergraduate students, University of Phayao. Three self-report online questionnaires were employed to collect data from 470 university students after the end of the last semester. The participants were undergraduate students recruited from 18 schools of University of Phayao in the academic year 2022. Of 470 respondents (205 males and 265 females), the participants’ ages ranged from 18 to 23 years with a mean age of 19.62± 0.84 years. The results revealed that students’ level of volunteer behavior was relatively high in all three components. In addition, the level of emotional intelligence was found in the normal range all three components. | |
| dc.description.abstract | งานวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาภาคตัดขวางเชิงพรรณนา มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อสำรวจระดับพฤติกรรมจิตอาสา และความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ของนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามออนไลน์ จำนวน 3 ฉบับ เพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูลจากนิสิตมหาวิทยาลัย จำนวน 470 คน โดยเก็บข้อมูลในช่วงหลังจบภาคการศึกษาที่ผ่านมา ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามเป็นนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรีจาก 18 คณะวิชาของมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยาในปีการศึกษา 2565 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม 470 คน (ชาย 205 คนและหญิง 265 คน) มีอายุระหว่าง 18 ถึง 23 ปี อายุเฉลี่ย 19.62 ± 0.84 ปี โดยนิสิตมีระดับพฤติกรรมจิตอาสาค่อนข้างสูงทั้งสามองค์ประกอบ และมีระดับความฉลาดทางอารมณ์อยู่ในเกณฑ์ปกติทั้งสามองค์ประกอบ | |
