| dc.description | This cross-sectional descriptive study aimed to study health promotion behaviors and study factors relating to health promotion behaviors during COVID-19 situation among the 3rd year students, University of Phayao. 273 participants were health science students, obtained from multi-stage random sampling. Data were collected by self-answered questionnaires, analyzed by frequency. percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple analysis (stepwise). The results showed that most of the subjects were female (85.7%), aged 21 years (69.6%), with health conditions. The body mass index (BMI) was at the most normal level (50.9%). Most of them were non-smokers (96.7%) but drank alcohol only on festivals or special occasions (57.5%). Health-promoting behaviors were moderate (72.9%). %). Considering each aspect, it was found that they had knowledge, attitudes and perceptions of the benefits of health promotion. Supporting health promotion activities and policies Including obtaining a high level of health support information the perception of obstacles to health promotion was moderate. | dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาเชิงพรรณนา ณ จุดเวลาใดเวลาหนึ่ง (Cross-Sectional Descriptive Study) นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ และปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการส่งเสริมสุขภาพของนิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ในสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นิสิตกลุ่มวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ จำนวน 273 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่ตอบด้วยตัวเอง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมมติฐาน โดยใช้สถิติการวิเคราะห์แบบพหุคูณ (Multiple Regression) โดยวิธี Stepwise ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง (85.7%) อายุ 21 ปีเต็ม (69.6%) มีภาวะสุขภาพ ด้านดัชนีมวลกาย (BMI) อยู่ในระดับปกติมากที่สุด (50.9%) ส่วนใหญ่ไม่สูบบุหรี่ (96.7%) แต่ดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์เฉพาะเทศกาลหรือโอกาสพิเศษ (57.5%) พฤติกรรมสร้างเสริมสุขภาพอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (72.9%) พิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า มีความรู้ ทัศนคติ และการรับรู้ประโยชน์ของการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ การสนับสนุนกิจกรรมและนโยบายเกี่ยวกับการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ รวมถึงการได้รับข้อมูลสนับสนุนด้านสุขภาพต่าง ๆ อยู่ในระดับสูง ส่วนการรับรู้อุปสรรคต่อการส่งเสริมสุขภาพอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ซึ่งปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพของนิสิตชั้นปีที่ 3 ในช่วงที่มีสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 คือ ร้อยละ 46.40 (R2 = 0.464, p-value < 0.05) ได้แก่ การได้รับข้อมูลสนับสนุนด้านสุขภาพ การรับรู้ประโยชน์ของการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ ดัชนีมวลกาย (BMI) และทัศนคติต่อการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ | |
