| dc.description | The objectives of this research are 1) to develop the website of Chiang Rai Campus, University of Phayao to comply with the website standards of the University of Phayao, and 2) assess the satisfaction with the use of the website of Chiang Rai Campus, University of Phayao. The research tools were the website of Chiang Rai Campus, University of Phayao, a questionnaire on the consistency of the website of Chiang Rai Campus, University of Phayao with the website standards of the University of Phayao, and a questionnaire on the satisfaction with the use of the website of Chiang Rai Campus, University of Phayao. The research was conducted with 90 samples, computer scientists from departments within the University of Phayao, students, lecturers, personnel of Chiang Rai Campus, University of Phayao, and external individuals. The statistics used in this research were percentage mean and standard deviation. The results of the research were twofold: 1) the development of the Chiang Rai Campus website of the University of Phayao in accordance with the University of Phayao’s website standards resulted in a site that provides essential organizational and service information. The website is secure, complies with NBTC and Government Website Standards 3.0, and supports the University of Phayao’s Web Ranking. It offers search functionality for information, press releases, laws, regulations, orders, and announcements; displays website traffic statistics; features an organizational activity calendar; and includes a dark mode option and an expandable/collapsible menu for user convenience. The evaluation results showed that the Chiang Rai Campus website’s compliance with the University of Phayao’s organizational website standards was at an overall high level (x̅ = 2.93, S.D. = 0.12) 2) the results of the evaluation of user satisfaction with the Chiang Rai Campus website of the University of Phayao found that, overall, satisfaction was at the highest level (x̅ = 4.52, S.D. = 0.58). | |
| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาเว็บไซต์วิทยาเขตเชียงราย มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานเว็บไซต์ของหน่วยงานมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา 2) เพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้งานเว็บไซต์ของวิทยาเขตเชียงราย มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ เว็บไซต์วิทยาเขตเชียงรายมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา แบบสอบถามความสอดคล้องของเว็บไซต์วิทยาเขตเชียงราย มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา กับเกณฑ์มาตรฐานเว็บไซต์ของหน่วยงานมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้งานเว็บไซต์วิทยาเขตเชียงราย มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในวิจัย ได้แก่ นักวิชาการคอมพิวเตอร์สังกัดหน่วยงานภายในมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา นิสิต อาจารย์ บุคลากรของวิทยาเขตเชียงราย มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา และบุคคลภายนอก จำนวน 90 คน โดยคัดเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การพัฒนาเว็บไซต์วิทยาเขตเชียงราย มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานเว็บไซต์ของหน่วยงานมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ทำให้เว็บไซต์มีข้อมูลพื้นฐานและข้อมูลบริการของหน่วยงาน เว็บไซต์มีความมั่นคงปลอดภัยตาม สกมช. และมาตรฐานเว็บไซต์ภาครัฐ 3.0 สนับสนุน Web Ranking มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา สามารถสืบค้นข้อมูลข่าวประชาสัมพันธ์และกฏหมาย ระเบียบ คำสั่ง ประกาศแสดงข้อมูลการเยี่ยมชมเว็บไซต์ ปฏิทินกิจกรรมของหน่วยงาน มีฟังก์ชั่นโหมดมืด เมนูย่อขยายข้อความเพื่อให้ผู้ใช้งานได้รับความสะดวก ผลการประเมินความสอดคล้องของเว็บไซต์วิทยาเขตเชียงราย มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยากับเกณฑ์มาตรฐานเว็บไซต์ของหน่วยงานมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา พบว่า ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅ = 2.93, S.D. = 0.12) 2) ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้งานเว็บไซต์ของวิทยาเขตเชียงราย มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา พบว่า ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (x̅ = 4.52, S.D. = 0.58) | |
