| dc.description | The objectives of this research are 1) to educate the staffs’ opinions for the Health Promotional School Operation in The second municipality school of Phayao Maung district Phayao province. 2) To study the problem and suggestions of staffs’ opinions for the Health Promotional School Operation in The second municipality school of Phayao Maung district Phayao province. The populations in this research are 52 teachers 94 parents and 94 grade 9 (Mathayom 3) students totality 240. The research tools is rating scale questionnaire. The statistics for research are percentage, mean, standard deviation and frequency. Results indicated that teachers’, parents' and students' opinions for health promotional school operation of the second municipality school of Phayao is scored in the high level, when considered every parts are high scored level School Policies, school management practices, school and community project, healthy school environment, school health service, school health education, nutrition and safety, physical exercise, sport and recreation, counseling and social support and health promoting for staff. Teachers’, parents' and students' are high scored level. The problem and suggestions of teacher from the least scoring is the operation of environmental to implicate the Health Promotional School Operation. The problem is the stink of the restroom from the mistake of placed water trough in the rest room inside the building. Suggestion is should replace the water trough system and EM deodorant to reduce the stink. The problem and suggestions of parents from the least scoring is the cooperation between school and community because some project lack of the coordination between school and community. Suggestion is should improve consult and bring together to solve in incomplete project between school and community. The teacher should be the public relations to all the communities. | |
| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรที่มีต่อการดำเนินงาน โรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพของโรงเรียนเทศบาล 2 (แม่ต๋ำดรุณเวทย์) อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดพะเยา 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะของบุคลากรที่มีต่อการดำเนินงานโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพของโรงเรียนเทศบาล 2 (แม่ต๋ำดรุณเวทย์) อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดพะเยา ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ครู จำนวน 52 คน ผู้ปกครอง จำนวน 94 คนและนักเรียนในชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 จำนวน 94 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 240 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความคิดเห็นของครู ผู้ปกครอง และนักเรียน ที่มีต่อการดำเนินงานโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพของโรงเรียนเทศบาล 2 (แม่ต๋ำดรุณเวทย์) อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดพะเยา โดยภาพรวมแต่ละกลุ่มมีความคิดเห็นมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน คือ ด้านนโยบายของโรงเรียน ด้านการบริหารจัดการในโรงเรียน ด้านโครงการร่วมระหว่างโรงเรียนและชุมชน ด้านการจัดสิ่งแวดล้อมในโรงเรียนที่เอื้อต่อสุขภาพ ด้านการบริการอนามัยโรงเรียน ด้านสุขศึกษาในโรงเรียน ด้านโภชนาการและอาหารปลอดภัย ด้านการออกกำลังกาย กีฬาและนันทนาการ ด้านการให้คำปรึกษาและสนับสนุนทางสังคม และด้านการส่งเสริมสุขภาพบุคลากร ในโรงเรียนทุกด้านของครู ผู้ปกครองและนักเรียนมีความคิดเห็นมาก ผลการวิจัยปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะของครู ด้านที่มีความคิดเห็นน้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านการจัดสิ่งแวดล้อม ในโรงเรียนที่เอื้อต่อสุขภาพ ปัญหาห้องสุขาอยู่ในตัวอาคาร มีการวางระบบท่อน้ำทิ้งที่ผิดวิธีจากการก่อสร้างส่งผลให้ห้องสุขามีปัญหาเรื่องกลิ่นย้อนกลับ แนวทางแก้ไขปัญหา คือ ควรมีการปรับปรุงแก้ไขปัญหากลิ่นจากห้องน้ำปรับปรุงระบบท่อน้ำทิ้งให้ถูกสุขลักษณะ และใช้น้ำจุลินทรีย์อีเอ็มเข้ามาช่วยในการดับกลิ่น ส่วนปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะของผู้ปกครอง ด้านที่มีความคิดเห็นน้อยที่สุด คือ โครงการร่วมระหว่างโรงเรียนและชุมชน ปัญหาเป็นบางโครงการที่ยังขาดการประสานงานระหว่างโรงเรียนและชุมชน แนวทางแก้ไขปัญหา คือ ควรมีการแก้ไขปรับปรุงมีการวางแผนการดำเนินงานร่วมกันในโครงการที่มีปัญหา ให้มีครูประสานงาน มีการประชาสัมพันธ์ให้ชุมชนได้ทราบอย่างทั่วถึง | |
