| dc.description | This study focuses on the research and development of a digital system for monitoring operations and budgets. The project is divided into three phases: Phase 1 involves planning, analyzing requirements, setting objectives for the web application, and identifying necessary features. Phase 2 covers the development of the web application for the monitoring system. Phase 3 involves testing the efficiency and effectiveness of the application's features. The results showed that participants could timely track activity/project progress, monitor budget usage, and adjust project plans and resources efficiently. | |
| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา (Research and Development) เพื่อพัฒนาระบบ การกำกับติดตามการดำเนินงาน และการใช้งบประมาณด้วยระบบดิจิทัล โดยแบ่งการวิจัยออกเป็น 3 ระยะ ดังนี้ ระยะที่ 1 การวางแผน การวิเคราะห์ความต้องการ การกำหนดเป้าหมายของเว็บแอปพลิเคชัน และกำหนดฟีเจอร์ที่ต้องการใช้ในเว็บแอปพลิเคชัน ระยะที่ 2 การพัฒนาเว็บแอปพลิเคชันระบบ การกำกับติดตามการดำเนินงาน และการใช้งบประมาณ ระยะที่ 3 การทดสอบประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลการทำงานของฟีเจอร์ต่าง ๆ ของแอปพลิเคชัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างสามารถบันทึกความก้าวหน้าของกิจกรรม/โครงการ ทราบงบประมาณที่ใช้ไปและงบประมาณคงเหลือได้อย่างทันท่วงที ซึ่งสามารถนำข้อมูลไปใช้ในการปรับเปลี่ยนแผนการดำเนินโครงการ และสามารถนำไปใช้ในการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรที่มีอยู่เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ | |
