Abstract
จุดมุ่งหมายในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารจัดการด้านการศึกษาตามมาตรฐานศูนย์เด็กเล็ก กรมอนามัยของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก เทศบาลตำบลแม่ยม อำเภอปง จังหวัดพะเยา ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กเทศบาล ตำบลแม่ยม อำเภอปง จังหวัดพะเยา จำนวน 70 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีทั้งหมด 2 ตอน สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ คะแนนเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน จากผลการศึกษาพบว่า การบริหารจัดการด้านการศึกษาตามมาตรฐานศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก กรมอนามัย ของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก เทศบาลตำบลแม่ยม ทั้ง 6 ด้าน ในภาพรวมการบริหารจัดการด้านบุคลากร มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงกว่าด้านอื่น (μ=3.83) ในเรื่อง ครูมีความรู้ความสามารถหรือมีประสบการณ์ในการจัดการเรียนรู้และดูแลเด็ก รองลงมา คือ ด้านการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ (μ=3.73) ในเรื่อง เด็กทุกคนได้รับการประเมินภาวะโภชนาการโดยการชั่งนํ้าหนัก วัดส่วนสูง และคุณภาพของนมที่เด็กได้ดื่ม ด้านการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็ก (μ=3.70) ในเรื่อง การส่งเสริมให้เด็กได้แสดงออกตามความสามารถและความถนัดของตนเอง เช่น ร้องเพลง กิจกรรมการเคลื่อนไหวและจังหวะ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครอง (μ=3.63) ในเรื่อง ผู้ปกครองมีส่วนร่วมการแสดงความคิดเห็นและรับนโยบายต่างๆของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ด้านการบริการอาหารสะอาด ปลอดภัย (μ=3.58) ในเรื่อง นํ้าดื่ม นํ้าใช้ สะอาด และด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมสะอาดและปลอดภัยมีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด (μ=3.57) ในเรื่อง บริเวณศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กมีสภาพแวดล้อมภายในสะอาดปลอดภัย และตัวอาคารมั่นคง แข็งแรงและปลอดภัย ตามลำดับ
Description
The objective of this study was to study nursery school management according to educational standards for nursery school, Department of Health, MaeYom Municipality, MaeYom District, Phayao. The people in this study were the 70 guardians of children in Yom municipality. The instrument used was rating scale questionnaire. There were 5 scales on the questionnaire. The questionnaire was divided into 2 parts. Mean and standard deviation were used in this study The result of the study revealed that, from six aspects of the management, guardians were satisfied with the nursery school management of MaeYom Municipality at high level. From the highest to the lowest range, the personal aspect received the highest mean score (μ=3.83) for teachers’ abilities in doing knowledge management. Next was health promotion (μ=3.73) where every child was evaluated for nutritional intake condition through the measurement of children’s weight, height, and the quality of milk consumed. Following was promotion of child development (μ=3.70) focusing on promoting children’s abilities and aptitudes such as singing or dancing. Next was guardian participation (μ=3.63) regarding the participation in proposing ideas and complying to the policies from the nursery school. The lowest score was on hygienic food catering (μ=3.58) when focusing on cleanness, safety and physical condition of the building.
