| dc.description | The purposed of this research were to study Administration affecting the success of School Botanical Garden Project as perceived by administrators, teachers and students of Pongpattanawittayakhom school and investigate the problems and suggestions for used to develop the Botanical Garden Project. The population were 4 administrators and 49 teachers, the sampling were 285 students in 2012 academic year. The materials divided into three sets were the administrators interview form, teacher and student questionnaires. The results of research were the opinion of administrators as a whole a meeting to plan the operation process coordinators from teachers, training seminar, assign the plan, report the result at the end of project. | dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารงานที่มีผลต่อความสำเร็จของโครงการสวนพฤกษศาสตร์ ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร ครูผู้สอน และนักเรียน โรงเรียนปงพัฒนาวิทยาคม และเพื่อศึกษาปัญหา ข้อเสนอแนะของผู้บริหาร ครูผู้สอน และนักเรียนเพื่อใช้ในการพัฒนาโครงการสวนพฤกษศาสตร์โรงเรียนปงพัฒนาวิทยาคม โดยผู้วิจัยได้แบ่งกลุ่มออกเป็น 3 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ กลุ่มประชากร คือ ผู้บริหาร จำนวน 4 คน และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 49 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ เด็ก จำนวน 285 คน ในปีการศึกษา 2555 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แบ่งออกเป็น 3 ชุด ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์สำหรับผู้บริหาร แบบสอบถามสำหรับครูผู้สอน และนักเรียน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโดยภาพรวม โรงเรียนมีการประชุมวางแผนร่วมกับคณะครู จัดประชุมสัมมนา มีการกำหนดแผนการดำเนินงาน มีการรายงานผลเมื่อสิ้นสุดโครงการ ความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอน โดยภาพรวม ทั้ง 5 ด้าน ระดับความคิดเห็น อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ความคิดเห็นของนักเรียน โดยภาพรวม ทั้ง 4 ด้าน ระดับความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก | |
