Abstract
การศึกษาในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) ศึกษาระดับของกระบวนการนิเทศภายใน 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับระดับของกระบวนการนิเทศภายใน และ 4) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อกระบวนการนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษาในศูนย์เครือข่ายพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาห้วยไคร้ สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน สถานศึกษาในศูนย์เครือข่ายพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาห้วยไคร้ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 จำนวน 90 คน กำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางของทาโร่ ยามาเน่ (Taro Yamane) โดยสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified sampling) ตามขนาดของโรงเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) ค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องอยู่ระหว่าง 0.67-1.00 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.90 และ 0.96 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และกระบวนการนิเทศภายใน สถานศึกษาในศูนย์เครือข่ายพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาห้วยไคร้ สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 ในภาพรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับกระบวนการนิเทศภายใน สถานศึกษาในศูนย์เครือข่ายพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาห้วยไคร้ สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 มีค่าความสัมพันธ์กันอยู่ในระดับมาก 3) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อกระบวนการนิเทศภายใน สถานศึกษาในศูนย์เครือข่ายพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาห้วยไคร้ สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 จำนวน 3 ปัจจัย ได้แก่ ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมด้านการสร้างบรรยากาศในองค์กร ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมด้านการทำงานเป็นทีม และภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมด้านความสามารถในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร โดยมีสมการพยากรณ์ ดังนี้ สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบ ดังนี้ y' = 0.84 + 0.36 (X5) + 0.30 (X3) + 0.17 (X6) สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน Z = 0.51 (X5) + 0.40 (X3) + 0.17 (X6)
Description
The purposes of this study were 1) to study the level of innovative leadership of school administrators, 2) to study the level of internal supervision process, 3) to study the relationship between the level of innovative leadership of school administrators and the level of internal supervision process, and 4) to study the innovative leadership of school administrators that affect the internal supervision process. Administration of Huaykrai Network of Education Development Center under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The samples consisted of 90 administrators and teachers under the Huaykrai Network of Education Development Center under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample was determined using Taro Yamane's table, using stratified sampling according to the size of the school. Data collection tools include a rating scale questionnaire with a conformity index between 0.67-1.00 and a confidence value of 0.90 and 0.96. Pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis. The results of the research showed that 1) the Innovative leadership of school administrators and internal supervision processes. Administration of Huaykrai Network of Education Development Center under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 overall and individually, it is at the highest level. 2) The innovative leadership of school directors and the supervision process administration of Huaykrai Network of Education Development Center under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 overall, there is a high degree of correlation. 3) The innovative leadership of school directors affecting the supervision process administration of Huaykrai Network of Education Development Center under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. There are 3 factors: innovative leadership in creating an atmosphere in the organization. Innovative leadership in teamwork and innovative leadership in the ability to use information and communication technologies, with the forecast equation as follows: Forecast equations in raw score form as follows y' = 0.84 + 0.36 (X5) + 0.30 (X3) + 0.17 (X6) Forecast equations in standard score format Z = 0.51 (X5) + 0.40 (X3) + 0.17 (X6).
