| dc.description | This research aims to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of motion infographic media related to personnel evaluation for the promotion of support staff at the University of Phayao. A mixed-method research approach was used, combining both qualitative and quantitative research. Data was collected from the support staff of the University of Phayao during the fiscal year 2023 using a questionnaire as the research tool. Statistical methods used for data analysis included mean, standard deviation, and descriptive statistics, which were used to analyze the data and link it to relevant theories and research. The research findings revealed that the motion infographic media produced based on the 3P media production principles resulted in a 3.42-minute-long motion infographic about the personnel evaluation for promotion of support staff at the University of Phayao. The analysis of the media's effectiveness level showed that the support staff of the university rated it at the highest level. The motion infographic media was easily accessible, and the content presented was consistent with the topic. The information in the content was correctly referenced according to the principles of personnel evaluation for promotion of support staff. Recommendations: The university should incorporate this motion infographic media into lectures or training sessions to enhance the knowledge of support staff regarding promotion processes, making the content more engaging. Additionally, the university should expand the channels for publicizing the motion infographic media across various platforms and devices and develop the media to allow interaction with users to further facilitate its usage. | |
| dc.description.abstract | งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อพัฒนาและประเมินประสิทธิภาพของสื่อโมชั่นอินโฟกราฟิกเกี่ยวกับการประเมินบุคคลเพื่อแต่งตั้งให้ดำรงตำแหน่งสูงขึ้นของพนักงานสายสนับสนุน มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน ระหว่างการวิจัยในเชิงคุณภาพและวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ เก็บข้อมูลจากพนักงานสายสนับสนุนมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ในปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2566 โดยใช้เครื่องมือวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม ซึ่งใช้สถิติวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล พร้อมกับนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์เชื่อมโยงกับแนวคิดทฤษฎีและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผลการวิจัย พบว่า จากการดำเนินการตามกระบวนการผลิตสื่อโมชั่นอินโฟกราฟิกด้วยหลักการผลิตสื่อ 3P เป็นสื่อโมชั่นอินโฟกราฟิกเกี่ยวกับการประเมินบุคคลเพื่อแต่งตั้งให้ดำรงตำแหน่งสูงขึ้นของพนักงานสายสนับสนุน มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ความยาว 3.42 นาที และผลการวิเคราะห์ระดับประสิทธิภาพของสื่อโมชั่นอินโฟกราฟิก พบว่า พนักงานมหาวิทยาลัยสายสนับสนุน มีความเห็นโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยสื่อโมชั่นอินโฟกราฟิกนี้สามารถเข้าถึงและเปิดรับชมสื่อโมชั่นอินโฟกราฟิกนี้ได้อย่างสะดวก เนื้อหากับหัวข้อเรื่องที่นำเสนอมีความสอดคล้องกัน และข้อมูลในเนื้อหามีการอ้างอิงตามหลักการประเมินบุคคล เพื่อแต่งตั้งให้ดำรงตำแหน่งสูงขึ้นของพนักงานสายสนับสนุนอย่างถูกต้อง ข้อเสนอแนะ มหาวิทยาลัยควรนำสื่อโมชั่นอินโฟกราฟิกนี้ไปประกอบการบรรยาย หรืออบรมให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการเข้าสู่ตำแหน่งที่สูงขึ้นของพนักงานสายสนับสนุน เพื่อเพิ่มความน่าสนใจของเนื้อหาที่บรรยาย และมหาวิทยาลัยควรเพิ่มช่องทางในการประชาสัมพันธ์สื่อโมชั่นอินโฟกราฟิก ในช่องทางหรืออุปกรณ์ที่หลากหลาย และพัฒนาให้สื่อโมชั่นอินโฟกราฟิกนี้สามารถโต้ตอบกับผู้ใช้งานได้ เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกแก่ผู้ใช้งานมากขึ้น | |
