Abstract
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กลุ่มสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษ กลุ่ม 6 2) เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของกลุ่มสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษ กลุ่ม 6 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลของการบริหารงานวิชาการของกลุ่มสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษ กลุ่ม 6 4) เพื่อสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของการบริหารงานวิชาการของกลุ่มสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษ กลุ่ม 6 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ บุคลากรทางการศึกษากลุ่มสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษ กลุ่ม 6 จำนวน 265 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามเป็นมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ ด้วยวิธีการ Stepwise จากผลวิจัย พบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กลุ่มสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษ กลุ่ม 6 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ประสิทธิผลของการบริหารงานวิชาการของกลุ่มสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษ กลุ่ม 6 ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของบริหารงานวิชาการของกลุ่มสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษ กลุ่ม 6 มีจำนวน 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการมีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ด้านการทำงานเป็นทีมและการมีส่วนร่วม และด้านการสร้างบรรยากาศองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้นวัตกรรม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 เขียนเป็นสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบ Y ̂ = 1.407 + 0.412(X2) + 0.168(X1) + 0.106(X4) และสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปแบบคะแนนมาตรฐาน Z ̂ = 0.674(Zx2) + 0.212(Zx1) + 0.090(Zx4)
Description
The objectives of this research are 1) to study the innovative leadership of school administrators. 2) To study the effectiveness of academic management of educational institutions affiliated to the Office of Special Education Administration, Group 6 3) To study the relationship between innovative leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness of academic management of educational institutions affiliated to the Office of Special Education Administration, Group 6 4) To create an equation for predicting the innovative leadership of school administrators that affect the effectiveness of academic management of the group of educational institutions affiliated to the Office of Special Education Administration, Group 6: The sample group includes 265 educational personnel from the School of Special Education Administration, Group 6, the tool used as a questionnaire is a 5-level estimation measure, and the statistics used to analyze the data are percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis using the stepwise method. 2) The effectiveness of academic management of the Educational Institutions affiliated to the Office of Special Education Administration, Group 6 in the overall is high, and 3) the innovative leadership of school administrators that affects the effectiveness of academic management of the Educational Institutions under the Office of Special Education Administration, Group 6 has 3 aspects: creativity, teamwork and participation, and creating an organizational atmosphere of innovative learning. Statistically significant at the level of .01 is written as a forecast equation in the form of a raw score Y ̂ = 1.407 + 0.412(X2) + 0.168(X1) + 0.106(X4) and a forecast equation in the form of a standard score Z ̂ = 0.674(Zx2) + 0.212(Zx1) + 0.090(Zx4).
