Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงรายเขต 2 และ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงรายเขต 2 จำแนกตาม อายุ วุฒิการศึกษาสูงสุด และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 จำนวน 302 คน ได้มาจากตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน (Krejcie & Morgan, 1970, pp. 607-610) จากนั้นใช้วิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified sampling) โดยจำแนกประชากรออกเป็นอำเภอ แล้วแบ่งตามสัดส่วน เมื่อได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างแล้วจึงใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบง่าย (Simple random sampling) จากประชากรอีกครั้งหนึ่ง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และทำการทดสอบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffé) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 ตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ ด้านการทำงานเป็นทีม ด้านความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหา ด้านการมีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ด้านการคำนึงถึงความเป็นปัจเจกบุคคล ด้านการมีจินตนาการ และด้านการมีความยืดหยุ่นและการปรับตัว 2) ผลเปรียบเทียบระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 ตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอน จำแนกตามอายุ วุฒิการศึกษาสูงสุด และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน โดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน
Description
This research the objectives are as follows: 1) to study the level of creative leadership of school administrators; Under the Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 2 and 2) to compare the creative leadership of school administrators. under the jurisdiction of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 classified by age, highest education qualification and work experience the sample group used in this research teacher in school 302 students under the office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 were obtained from Krejcie and Morgan's prefabricated table (Krejcie & Morgan, 1970, pp. 607-610).
