| dc.description | Study about investing in Plastic (PET) manufacturing in Si Satchana lai province Sukhothai city. The goal of study is to learn about marketing, technical, management and financial. In order to make the decision for investing the business also to reduce the risk. Moreover, we have study by analyze the market by forecasting sale each year. There for, to estimate the cost and the budget of producing. We analyze the management by seek the most efficiency way by observe the management style in planning and during process. For the financial part we study the ability of manage the profit the most efficiency way. However, the investing be ourselves which don’t have to pay any interest. The project lifetime is 5 years and invest 1,260,000 Baht. From what we have analyze for main. We can see from the income and expense we still can get profit from this project. Which we make the decision for investment base on this following 1. Period time of returning the investment is 2.3 years which is quite fast and the less risk. 2. The present net value is positive. 3. The returning is worst more than 36%. Base on decision making this project have high opportunity to survive because recycle business had grown every year. Which we can see from the number of people that mean more people more ability of growing business. | |
| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาการลงทุนเปิดโรงบดพลาสติก PET ในพื้นที่อำเภอศรีสัชนาลัย จังหวัดสุโขทัย มีวัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษา เพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลทางด้านการตลาด ด้านเทคนิค ด้านการบริหาร และด้านการเงิน เพื่อใช้ในการตัดสินใจในการลงทุนในการเปิดโรงบดขวดพลาสติก PET ในพื้นที่อำเภอศรีสัชนาลัย จังหวัดสุโขทัย และลดความเสี่ยงที่เกิดขึ้นในการลงทุน โดยวิธีการศึกษาเป็นการวิเคราะห์ถึงข้อมูลทางด้านต่าง ๆ การวิเคราะห์ด้านการตลาด โดยประมาณการยอดขายในแต่ละปี การวิเคราะห์ด้านเทคนิค เพื่อคาดคะเนต้นทุนทางด้านเทคนิคที่เหมาะสม การวิเคราะห์ ด้านการบริหาร โดยการค้นหารูปแบบและแนวทางการบริหารโครงการให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากที่สุด ซึ่งจะดูจาก ระยะเวลาของโครงการที่ 5 ปี เงินลงทุน 1,260,000 บาท ซึ่งจากการวิเคราะห์ เห็นได้ว่าการประมาณการณ์รายรับนั้น ยังสามารถทำกำไรให้กับโครงการนี้ โดยหลักการวิเคราะห์ถึงการตัดสินใจลงทุนนั้น คือ 1. ระยะเวลาคืนทุนให้กับผู้ลงทุนที่ 2.3 ปี ซึ่งเป็นระยะเวลาที่มีความเสี่ยงของโครงการน้อย 2. มูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิ มีค่าเป็นบวก 3. อัตราผลตอบแทนจากโครงการลงทุน มีค่ามากกว่า 36% ซึ่งมากกว่าอัตราผลตอบแทนที่ต้อง จึงสมควรยอมรับโครงการนี้จากเกณฑ์การตัดสินใจข้างต้นโอกาสการจัดตั้งโรงงานนี้มีความเป็นไปได้สูงเพราะในปัจจุบันธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวกับการรีไซเคิลขยะนั้น มีแนวโน้มเติบโตขึ้นมากทุกปีซึ่งเมื่อประชากรยังบริโภคอาหาร สิ่งของ และบริการ ก็จะต้องมีขยะที่เกิดขึ้นทุก ๆ วัน ทำให้วัตถุดิบในการผลิตของโครงการนี้ก็จะมีมากตามไปด้วยเช่นกัน | |
