| dc.description | This research has the following research objectives: 1) To study the academic leadership of school administrators in the expanded educational opportunity schools under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 2, Mae Hong Son, and 2) To compare th e academic leadership of school administrators in the expanded educational opportunity schools under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 2, Mae Hong Son, classified by educational qualifications, age range, and work experience. The population includes teachers in the expanded educational opportunity schools. Under the jurisdiction of the Office of the Primary Education Area 2, Mae Hong Son, a total of 687 people. The researcher determined the sample group using the calculation formula of Krejcie and Morgan. The number of teachers was 248 people. The stratified random sampling method was used. The research instrument was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, F-test, and One way ANOVA. The research results found that 1) Academic leadership of school administrators of the extended educational opportunity schools under the Office of the Primary Education Area 2, Mae Hong Son, was at the highest level overall. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average value was curriculum management, followed by teaching and learning management and promotion of academic learning atmosphere. The aspect with the lowest average value was vision, mission, and goal determination. 2) The comparison results of the overall academic leadership study of school administrators in educational opportunity expansion schools, classified by educational qualifications, showed no statistically significant differences at the .05 level. However, the comparison results classified by age range and work experience revealed statistically significant differences at the .05 level. | |
| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาค้นคว้าในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ทางการวิจัย 1) เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาแม่ฮ่องสอน เขต 2 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาแม่ฮ่องสอน เขต 2 จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา ช่วงอายุ และประสบการณ์การทำงาน ประชากร ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาแม่ฮ่องสอน เขต 2 จำนวน 687 คน ผู้วิจัยกำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรคำนวณของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน (Krejcie and Morgan) ได้จำนวนครูผู้สอน จำนวน 248 คน โดยได้ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าเอฟ วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว จากผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาแม่ฮ่องสอน เขต 2 ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด คือ ด้านการบริหารหลักสูตร รองลงมา คือ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน และด้านการส่งเสริมบรรยากาศการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาการ และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านการกำหนดวิสัยทัศน์ พันธกิจ และเป้าหมาย 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบภาพรวมของการศึกษาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา พบว่า แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และผลการเปรียบเทียบจำแนกตาม ช่วงอายุและประสบการณ์การทำงาน พบว่า แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 | |
