| dc.description | The purpose of this cross-sectional descriptive study is to identify the determinants that influence the health promotion behavior of patients in the Lo Sub-district of the Chun District in Phayao Province who have been infected with COVID-19. Applying a multistage sampling technique, the sample group comprised 276 patients who were exposed to COVID-19. Questionnaires were employed as research instruments during the period spanning from April 1, 2023, to June 30, 2023. Descriptive and multiple regression statistics were employed in the data analysis, utilizing the Enter method. The study's findings revealed that 69.20% of the sample consisted of females, with an average age of 51.8 years. 73.60% had long COVID-19, with fatigue being the prevailing manifestation. There were statistically significant influences on patients' health promotion behavior following COVID-19 infection, including health literacy (Beta=0.288), perceived barrier to action (Beta=0.177), perceived self-efficacy (Beta=0.241), and activity-related affect (Beta=-0.118) and interpersonal influences (Beta=0.229), the combined effect of these variables may predict 57.60% of the health promotion behaviors exhibited by patients following COVID-19 infection. The findings should inform the development of a health promotion program for patients in the area under investigation who have contracted COVID-19. | |
| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบภาคตัดขวาง เพื่อหาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการส่งเสริมสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยภายหลังการติดเชื้อโรคโควิด-19 ในพื้นที่ตำบลลอ อำเภอจุน จังหวัดพะเยา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษาเป็นผู้ป่วยภายหลังการติดเชื้อโรคโควิด-19 จำนวน 276 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นแบบสอบถาม ทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลระหว่างวันที่ 1 เมษายน 2566–30 มิถุนายน 2566 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ โดยวิธี Enter ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง ร้อยละ 69.20 มีอายุเฉลี่ย 51.8 ปี ร้อยละ 73.60 มีอาการหลงเหลือ อาการเมื่อยล้า พบมากที่สุด ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยภายหลังการติดเชื้อโรคโควิด-19 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ได้แก่ ด้านความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ (Beta=0.288) ด้านการรับรู้ถึงอุปสรรค (Beta=0.177) ด้านการรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเอง (Beta=0.241) ด้านความรู้สึกที่มีต่อพฤติกรรม (Beta=-0.118) และด้านอิทธิพลระหว่างบุคคล (Beta=0.229) ตัวแปรทั้งหมดนี้สามารถร่วมกันทำนายพฤติกรรมการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยภายหลังการติดเชื้อโรคโควิด-19 ได้ร้อยละ 57.60 ผลที่ได้ควรนำไปประยุกต์ในการจัดโปรแกรมการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยภายหลังการติดเชื้อโรคโควิด-19 ในพื้นที่ศึกษาต่อไป | |
