Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) ศึกษาประสิทธิผลการบริหารสถานศึกษา 3) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารสถานศึกษา และ 4) สร้างสมการพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลการบริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่ เขต 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร ครูผู้สอน และเจ้าหน้าที่ในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่ เขต 3 ที่ปฏิบัติงานในปีการศึกษา 2567 จำนวน 335 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน และทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมีลักษณะเป็นมาตรส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์สมการถดถอยพหุคูณแบบเป็นขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่ เขต 3 พบว่า ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผล ส่วนด้านมีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน 2) ประสิทธิผลการบริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่ เขต 3 พบว่า ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านคุณภาพผู้เรียน ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านกระบวนการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ 3) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่ เขต 3 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 จำนวน 1 ด้าน คือ ด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผล 4) เมื่อพิจารณาสมการพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลการบริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่ เขต 3 พบว่า ภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผลสามารถพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลการบริหารสถานศึกษาได้ร้อยละ 1.70
Description
This research The objective is to 1) study the technological leadership of school administrators, 2) study the effectiveness of school administration, 3) study the technological leadership of school administrators that affects the effectiveness of school administration, and 4) create an equation to predict the effectiveness of school administration under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area, Chiang Mai Area 3. The sample group used in this research was 335 school administrators, teachers, and staff in schools under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 3, Chiang Mai, working in the academic year 2024. The sample group was determined from the ready-made table of Krejcie and Morgan, and stratified random sampling was performed. The data collection tool was a questionnaire with a 5-level assessment scale. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression. The results of the research found that: 1) The technological leadership of school administrators under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 3,
Chiang Mai, found that overall, it was at a high level. The aspect with the highest mean was measurement and evaluation, and the aspect with the lowest mean was teaching and learning management. 2) The effectiveness of school administration under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 3, Chiang Mai, found that overall, it was at a high level. The aspect with the highest average value was the aspect of student quality, and the aspect with the lowest average value was the aspect of student-centered teaching and learning management process.
3) Technological leadership of school administrators that significantly affects the effectiveness of school administration in the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area, Chiang Mai
Area 3 at a statistical level of .05 has 1 aspect measurement and evaluation. 4) When considering the predictive equation for the effectiveness of school administration under the Office of
the Primary Educational Service Area, Chiang Mai Area 3, It was found that the technological leadership of school administrators in the area of assessment and evaluation could predict
the effectiveness of school administration by 1.70%.
