| dc.description | The objectives of this research were 1) To study the Academic Leadership of School Administrators. 2) To study learner skill level in the 21st century. 3) To study the academic Leadership affects the 21st Century Learner Skills under Phayao Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, and 4) To design the equations for predicting the academic Leadership affects the 21st Century Learner Skills. The samples of this research were the teachers under Phayao Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 242 samples in total. Selected by using finished table (programmed table) of Krejcie and Morgan to find the Stratified Random Sampling and proportion of sample from each educational institute and then do the specific sampling. The tools used in this research are 5 level of questionnaire, the statistic of data analysis consists of frequency distribution, percentage, average (mean), standard deviation, Pearson’s coefficient analysis and the analysis step by step of multiple regression to design the predicted equation. The result of research finds that 1) The Academic Leadership of school administrators have high levels of Academic Leadership in various aspects. 2) Learner skill level in the 21st century overall and in every aspect are very high. 3) The positive relationship between the Academic Leadership of school administrators of learner skill level in the 21st century is at .01 and 4) 2 aspects are able to predict academic Leadership of school administrators are an aspect of Supervision and aspect of the vision, goals, and mission of the school the statistic at .01. This is able to predict the success at 34.10%. | |
| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) ศึกษาระดับทักษะผู้เรียนในศตวรรษที่ 21 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อทักษะผู้เรียนในศตวรรษที่ 21 และ 4) สร้างสมการพยากรณ์ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อทักษะผู้เรียนในศตวรรษที่ 21 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ข้าราชการครูในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพะเยา เขต 1 จำนวน 242 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใชวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธของเพียรสัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณด้วยวิธีการแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ระดับทักษะผู้เรียนในศตวรรษที่ 21 โดยรวมในระดับมาก 3) ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์กันในทิศทางบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ต่อทักษะผู้เรียนในศตวรรษที่ 21 ทุกด้าน และ 4) ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการที่ส่งผลต่อทักษะผู้เรียนในศตวรรษที่ 21 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 มีจำนวน 2 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการนิเทศ และด้านการกำหนดวิสัยทัศน์เป้าหมายและพันธกิจของโรงเรียน สามารถพยากรณ์ทักษะผู้เรียนในศตวรรษที่ 21 ได้ร้อยละ 34.10 | |
