| dc.description | The objectives of this research were: 1) to examine the expectations of Silver Age visitors toward wellness tourism natural hot springs attractions in Mueang Chiang Rai District, Chiang Rai Province; 2) to investigate the satisfaction of Silver Age visitors toward Wellness Tourism Natural Hot Springs Attractions in Mueang Chiang Rai District, Chiang Rai Province; and 3) to analyze the influence of expectations on satisfaction among Silver Age visitors toward Wellness Tourism Natural Hot Springs Attractions in Mueang Chiang Rai District, Chiang Rai Province. The sample consisted of 384 Thai Silver Age visitors aged 55 years and above who traveled to Wellness Tourism Natural Hot Springs Attractions in Mueang Chiang Rai District, Chiang Rai Province. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. The statistics used for analysis included Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, Independent Samples T-test, One-way ANOVA (F-test), Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient, and Multiple Regression Analysis. The findings revealed: 1) Silver Age visitors' expectations toward Wellness Tourism Natural Hot Springs Attractions were overall at the highest level, when considering each dimension, it was found that the Attractions, Access, Amenities at the Wellness Tourism Natural Hot Springs Attractions, Activities, and Accommodation respectively. 2) Silver Age visitors' satisfaction toward Wellness Tourism Natural Hot Springs Attractions were overall at the highest level, when considering each dimension, it was found that the tangibility ranked first, followed by reliability, empathy, responsive, and assurance, respectively. and 3) The expectations of Silver Age visitors were significantly correlated with their satisfaction toward Wellness Tourism Natural Hot Springs Attractions in Mueang Chiang Rai District, Chiang Rai province. Furthermore, the expectations of Silver Age visitors significantly influenced their satisfaction toward Wellness Tourism Natural Hot Springs Attractions in Mueang Chiang Rai District, Chiang Rai Province at the statistical significance level of 0.05. The most influential factors were natural beauty (X1), followed by the interesting characteristics of the natural hot springs (X2), standardized quality and safety of accommodations (X14), variety of activities (X17), the ability to use the site as a recreational area (X4), and interesting activities (X18) respectively. | |
| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความคาดหวังของผู้มาเยือนกลุ่มผู้สูงวัยต่อแหล่งท่องเที่ยวน้ำพุร้อนธรรมชาติเพื่อสุขภาพในอำเภอเมืองเชียงราย จังหวัดเชียงราย 2) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้มาเยือนกลุ่มผู้สูงวัยต่อแหล่งท่องเที่ยวน้ำพุร้อนธรรมชาติเพื่อสุขภาพในอำเภอเมืองเชียงราย จังหวัดเชียงราย และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความคาดหวังที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความพึงพอใจของผู้มาเยือนกลุ่มผู้สูงวัยต่อแหล่งท่องเที่ยวน้ำพุร้อนธรรมชาติเพื่อสุขภาพในอำเภอเมืองเชียงราย จังหวัดเชียงราย กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้มาเยือนชาวไทยที่มีอายุ 55 ปีขึ้นไปที่เดินทางมาท่องเที่ยวในแหล่งท่องเที่ยวน้ำพุร้อนธรรมชาติเพื่อสุขภาพในอำเภอเมืองเชียงราย จังหวัดเชียงราย จำนวน 384 คน เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที Independent Simples T-test การทดสอบ One-way ANOVA (F-Test) ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1. ผู้มาเยือนกลุ่มผู้สูงวัยมีความคาดหวังต่อแหล่งท่องเที่ยวน้ำพุร้อนธรรมชาติเพื่อสุขภาพ โดยภาพรวมมีระดับความคาดหวังอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านสิ่งที่ดึงดูดใจของแหล่งท่องเที่ยวน้ำพุร้อนธรรมชาติเพื่อสุขภาพ เป็นอันดับแรก รองลงมา คือ ด้านความสะดวกในการเดินทางของแหล่งท่องเที่ยวน้ำพุร้อนธรรมชาติเพื่อสุขภาพ ด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกของแหล่งท่องเที่ยวน้ำพุร้อนธรรมชาติเพื่อสุขภาพ ด้านกิจกรรมการท่องเที่ยว และด้านการบริการที่พัก ตามลำดับ 2. ผู้มาเยือนกลุ่มผู้สูงวัยมีความพึงพอใจต่อแหล่งท่องเที่ยวน้ำพุร้อนธรรมชาติเพื่อสุขภาพในอำเภอเมืองเชียงราย จังหวัดเชียงราย โดยภาพรวมมีระดับความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดเมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านความเป็นรูปธรรมของการบริการเป็นอันดับแรก รองลงมา คือ ด้านความน่าเชื่อถือ ด้านการเข้าใจและรู้จักลูกค้า ด้านการตอบสนองลูกค้า และด้านการให้ความมั่นใจแก่ลูกค้า ตามลำดับ และ 3. ความคาดหวังของผู้มาเยือนกลุ่มผู้สูงวัยมีความสัมพันธ์กับความพึงพอใจของผู้มาเยือนกลุ่มผู้สูงวัยต่อแหล่งท่องเที่ยวน้ำพุร้อนธรรมชาติเพื่อสุขภาพในอำเภอเมืองเชียงราย จังหวัดเชียงราย และความคาดหวังของผู้มาเยือนกลุ่มผู้สูงวัยมีอิทธิพลต่อความพึงพอใจของผู้มาเยือนกลุ่มผู้สูงวัยต่อแหล่งท่องเที่ยวน้ำพุร้อนธรรมชาติเพื่อสุขภาพในอำเภอเมืองเชียงราย จังหวัดเชียงราย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ0.05 โดยปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลมากที่สุด คือ มีความสวยงามทางธรรมชาติ (X1) รองลงมา คือ ลักษณะของน้ำพุร้อนธรรมชาติมีความน่าสนใจ (X2) ที่พักมีคุณภาพได้รับมาตรฐานและมีความปลอดภัย (X14) มีกิจกรรมที่หลากหลาย (X17) สามารถใช้เป็นสถานที่พักผ่อนหย่อนใจ (X4) และกิจกรรมน่าสนใจ (X18) ตามลำดับ | |
