| dc.description | Nowadays, most of the population has repeatedly used incorrect daily gestures for a long time make the muscles are used to work too much. The line of force passes through the body in the wrong position. If you are in an abnormal posture for a long time including sleeping patterns and sleeping equipment such as pillows. If it is not suitable for the body may result in musculoskeletal disease. The selection of pillow is therefore an important factor. Therefore, this study aims to create neck pillow innovation with hot pack and cold pack and assess qualitative accuracy of neck pillow innovation with hot pack and cold pack. By creating neck pillow innovation with hot pack and cold pack from memory foam, synthetic fibers with hot pack and cold pack. Which was evaluated by the research team. Use the information obtained to calculate the consistency coefficient statistic (Index of item objective congruence, IOC) was used to analyze the qualitative accuracy of neck pillow innovation with hot pack and cold pack. The results of study found neck pillow innovation with hot pack and cold pack had excellent content accuracy for structure topic such as the size of the pillows is appropriate, the design is suitable, the weight of the pillow is appropriate, the height of the pillow is appropriate, the softness of the pillows is appropriate and the number of layers of fabric is appropriate. Usability topic such as can be moved easily, the cold temperature is appropriate, the duration of cold storage is appropriate, it is safe to use easy to clean and easy to storage. Value in summary topic such as neck pillow with hot pack and cold pack can actually be used in daily life with an =1 but the qualitative accuracy of Neck pillow innovation with hot pack and cold pack for Equipment used are appropriate and the cold pack and hot pack are appropriate and the contact surface area of the pillow supports the neck with an assessment results have IOC values <0.5 It means that the Neck pillow with hot pack and cold pack must be improved before use. | |
| dc.description.abstract | ในปัจจุบันนี้ประชากรส่วนใหญ่มักใช้ท่าทางในชีวิตประจำวันที่ไม่ถูกต้องซ้ำๆ เป็นเวลานาน ทำให้มีการใช้กล้ามเนื้อในการทำงานมากเกินไป แนวแรงผ่านร่างกายผิดตำแหน่ง หากอยู่ในอิริยาบถหรือท่าทางที่ผิดปกติเป็นเวลานาน รวมถึงลักษณะการนอนและอุปกรณ์ในการนอน เช่น หมอน หากไม่เหมาะกับสรีระอาจส่งผลให้เกิดโรคทางระบบกระดูกและกล้ามเนื้อตามมาได้ การเลือกหมอนจึงเป็นปัจจัยหนึ่งที่มีความสำคัญ ดังนั้น การศึกษานี้มี วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างนวัตกรรมอุปกรณ์หมอนรองคอประคบร้อนและเย็น และเพื่อประเมินความเที่ยงตรงเชิงคุณภาพของนวัตกรรมอุปกรณ์หมอนรองคอประคบร้อนและเย็น โดยสร้างนวัตกรรมอุปกรณ์หมอนรองคอประคบร้อนและเย็น จากเมมโมรี่โฟม เส้นใยสังเคราะห์และแผ่นเจลประคบร้อน-เย็น เมื่อได้นวัตกรรมอุปกรณ์หมอนรองคอประคบร้อนและเย็นแล้ว จึงนำมาประเมินด้วยแบบประเมินความเที่ยงตรงเชิงคุณภาพ ซึ่งทำการประเมินโดยคณะผู้วิจัยนำข้อมูลที่ได้ไปคำนวณหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ความสอดคล้อง (Index of item objective congruence, IOC) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความเที่ยงตรงเชิงคุณภาพของนวัตกรรมอุปกรณ์หมอนรองคอประคบร้อนและเย็น ผลการศึกษาพบว่า นวัตกรรมอุปกรณ์หมอนรองคอประคบร้อนและเย็น มีความเที่ยงตรงเชิงคุณภาพในระดับดีเยี่ยมสำหรับด้านโครงสร้าง ได้แก่ วัสดุอุปกรณ์ของที่ใช้มีความเหมาะสม ขนาดของหมอนมีความเหมาะสม การออกแบบมีความเหมาะสม น้ำหนักของหมอนมีความเหมาะสม ความสูงของหมอนมีความเหมาะสม ความนุ่มของหมอนมีความเหมาะสม และจำนวนชั้นของผ้ามีความเหมาะสม ในด้านการใช้งาน ได้แก่ สามารถเคลื่อนย้ายได้สะดวก อุณหภูมิความเย็นมีความเหมาะสม ระยะเวลาในการเก็บความเย็นมีความเหมาะสมมีความปลอดภัยในการใช้งาน ง่ายต่อการทำความสะอาด และง่ายต่อการเก็บรักษา ในด้านคุณค่าโดยสรุป ได้แก่ หมอนรองคอประคบร้อนเย็นสามารถใช้ได้จริงในชีวิตประจำวัน โดยมีค่า IOC เท่ากับ 1 แต่ความเที่ยงตรงเชิงคุณภาพสำหรับหัวข้อแผ่นเจลที่ใช้มีความเหมาะสม พื้นที่ผิวสัมผัสของหมอนรองรับพอดีกับคอ ผลการประเมินมีค่า IOC น้อยกว่า 0.5 ดังนั้น นวัตกรรมอุปกรณ์หมอนรองคอประคบร้อนและเย็น จึงควรปรับปรุงในส่วนนี้ เพื่อที่จะสามารถนำไปใช้งานได้ต่อไป | |
