Abstract
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของครูที่มี่ต่อสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษายุคดิจิทัล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูต่อสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารในการบริหารสถานศึกษายุคดิจิทัล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 จำแนกตามเพศอายุ และประสบการณ์การทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 จำนวน 302 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องเท่ากับ 1.00 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.985 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที่ (T-test) การทดสอบค่าเอฟ (F-test) และวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารในการบริหารสถานศึกษายุคดิจิทัล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูที่มี่ต่อสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารในการบริหารสถานศึกษายุคดิจิทัล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 จำแนกตามเพศ พบว่า ไม่แตกต่าง 3) ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูที่มี่ต่อสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารในการบริหารสถานศึกษายุคดิจิทัล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 จำแนกช่วงอายุ พบว่า แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ 4) ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารในการบริหารสถานศึกษายุคดิจิทัล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 จำแนกประสบการณ์ทำงาน พบว่า แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
Description
The purpose this research was to study teachers' opinions on the competency of school administrators in the digital age. Under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, to compare teachers' opinions on the competence of administrators in school administration institutions in the digital age under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2 classified by gender, age and work experience. The sample group included 302 teachers in educational institutions under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The instrument used was a 5 level. The consistency index value is 1.00, estimation scale questionnaire with a confidence value of 0.985. The statistics in the analysis were frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test and One-way ANOVA. The results of the research found that 1) the level of competence of administration in managing educational institutions in the digital era Under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, overall each aspect was at a high level, 2) the results of comparison of teachers' opinions on the competence of administration in managing educational institutions in the digital age. Under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, classified by gender, it was found that there was no statistically significant difference. 3) the results of comparison of teachers' opinions on the competence of administration in managing educational institutions in the digital age. Under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2, age grouping was found to be significantly different at the .05 level. and 4) the results of comparison of teachers' opinions on the competence of administrator in managing educational institutions in the digital age. Under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, classified by work experience, it was found to be difference statistically significant at the .05 level.
