Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีจุดประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 2) เพื่อศึกษาระดับสมรรถนะผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารงานวิชาการกับสมรรถนะผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 4) เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารงานวิชาการที่ส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 ทำการศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ใช้วิธีการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ข้าราชการครู จำนวน 327 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม โดยมีลักษณะเป็นมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสถิติสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน และวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลวิจัยพบว่า 1) การบริหารงานวิชาการ ในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 ในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา รองลงมา คือ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนในสถานศึกษา และด้านการวัดผล ประเมินผล ตามลำดับ 2) สมรรถนะผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 ในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ความสามารถในการสื่อสาร รองลงมา คือ ความสามารถในการใช้เทคโนโลยี และความสามารถในการคิด ตามลำดับ และข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ความสามารถในการใช้ทักษะชีวิต 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารงานวิชาการกับสมรรถนะผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 มีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติระดับ .01 4) การบริหารงานวิชาการส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
Description
This research aimed to: 1) examine the level of academic administration in schools under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. 2) investigate the level of student competency in schools under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 3) determine the correlation between academic affairs administration and the competencies of students in schools under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 4) study the impact of academic administration on student competency in schools under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The study utilized a stratified random sampling method to select a sample of 327 teachers. 5-point Likert-scale questionnaire was employed as the research instrument. Data analysis involved frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. Research Findings: 1) Academic Administration: The overall academic administration in schools under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 was found to be at a "high" level. When considered by individual aspects, curriculum development had the highest average, followed by instructional management and assessment, respectively. 2) Student Competencies: The overall student competencies in schools under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 were found to be at a "moderate" level. When considered by individual aspects, communication skills had the highest average, followed by technological skills and thinking skills, respectively. The lowest average was found in life skills. Impact of Academic Administration: 3) The relationship between academic administration and the competencies of students in schools under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 were statistically significant positive effect at the .0 1 level. 4) Academic administration affecting the competencies of students in schools under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 were statistically significant at the .01 level.
