Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อพัฒนาและออกแบบระบบฐานข้อมูลสำหรับจัดเก็บรายละเอียดคุณลักษณะเฉพาะของวัสดุที่ใช้ในคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา โดยมุ่งเน้นให้สามารถจัดการข้อมูลวัสดุได้อย่างเป็นระบบ สะดวก รวดเร็ว และลดความซ้ำซ้อนของข้อมูล เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยการวิเคราะห์ความต้องการของผู้ใช้งาน และการประเมินผลการใช้งานของระบบจากผู้ใช้จริง กระบวนการวิจัยเริ่มจากการศึกษาปัญหาและความต้องการของผู้ใช้งาน รวบรวมชื่อรายการ และคุณลักษณะเฉพาะของวัสดุภายในหน่วยงาน ออกแบบระบบฐานข้อมูลด้วยเครื่องมือ Google Sheets โดยคำนึงถึงการใช้งานที่สะดวก ความปลอดภัย และการปรับปรุงข้อมูลได้อย่างยืดหยุ่น ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระบบฐานข้อมูลที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ผู้ใช้สามารถค้นหาและเรียกดูข้อมูลวัสดุได้สะดวก มีการจัดหมวดหมู่ข้อมูลอย่างเป็นระเบียบ สามารถอัปเดตข้อมูลได้แบบเรียลไทม์ ลดความซ้ำซ้อนของรายการ และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการจัดการข้อมูลด้านวัสดุภายในคณะฯ ได้เป็นอย่างดีนอกจากนี้ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งาน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับ “ดี” และ “ดีมาก” ซึ่งแสดงให้เห็นว่าระบบมีความเหมาะสมในการนำไปใช้จริง และสามารถพัฒนาต่อยอด ได้ในอนาคต
Description
This research aimed to develop and design a database system for storing detailed specifications of materials used at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Phayao. The primary focus
was to enable systematic, convenient, and efficient material data management while reducing data redundancy. The research tools included user requirements analysis and system usability evaluation by actual users. The research process began with studying the problems and user needs, collecting names and specific characteristics of materials within the organization, and designing the database system using Google Sheets. The system was developed with considerations for ease of use, data security, and flexible data updates. The research findings revealed
that the developed database system effectively met user requirements. Users were able to easily search and retrieve material information, which was well-organized by category. The system supported real-time data updates, reduced duplication of entries, and significantly improved the efficiency of material information management within the faculty. Furthermore, user satisfaction evaluation results were rated as “Good” and “Very Good,” This demonstrates that the system is suitable for practical use and can be further developed in the future.
