Abstract
การศึกษาสภาพการบริหารโรงเรียนเรียนรวมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 3 มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการบริหารโรงเรียนเรียนรวมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 3 จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา และประสบการณ์การทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนของโรงเรียนเรียนรวม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 3 ปีการศึกษา 2566 กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยใช้สูตรคำนวณเครจซี่และมอร์แกน (Krejcie&Morgan, 1970) ได้จำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 110 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified Random Sampling) โดย ใช้โรงเรียนในการแบ่งชั้นแล้วนำมากำหนดสัดส่วนตามขนาดของประชากรในแต่ละโรงเรียน และทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย (Simple Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องเท่ากับ 1.00 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามเท่ากับ 0.94 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที (t-test independent) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบองค์ประกอบเดียว (One–way Analysis of Variance) จากการศึกษา พบว่า การบริหารโรงเรียนเรียนรวมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 3 ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากเมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการบริหารงานการเงิน พัสดุ และทรัพย์สิน รองลงมา คือ ด้านการบริหารจัดการทั่วไป และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านการบริหารงานบุคคล และผลการเปรียบเทียบการบริหารโรงเรียนเรียนรวมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 3 จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษาและประสบการณ์การทำงานทั้ง 4 ด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน
Description
A study of school management of administrators for inclusive schools under Lampang Primary Educational Service Area 3. The purposes of this research were to study and compare the management of administrators for inclusive schools under Lampang Primary Educational Service Area 3 classified by education level and work experience. The sample group included school administrators and teachers at inclusive schools under Lampang Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 3, academic year 2023. Sample size was determined by using the Krejci and Morgan formula (Krejcie & Morgan, 1970). Getting a sample size of 110 people using stratified random sampling (Stratified Random Sampling). Using schools for stratification. Then the proportions were determined according to the size of the population in each school and perform simple sampling (Simple Random Sampling). The tool used to collect data was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with a consistency index of 1.00 and a confidence value of 0.94. Data were analyzed using percentages, means, and standard deviations, T-test independent, and one-way analysis of variance (One–way Analysis of Variance). The study found that the management of administrators for Inclusive schools under Lampang Primary Educational Service Area 3 for the overall picture was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that every aspect was at a high level. On the other hand, with the highest average was financial management supplies and property, followed by general management. And the area with the lowest average was personnel management. And the comparative results of school management of administrators for inclusive schools under Lampang Primary Educational Service Area 3 classified according to educational qualifications and work experience, for all 4 areas were not different.
