| dc.description | The purpose of this study is to evaluate the financial and accounting administration in Chiang Muan Sub-district municipality Chiang Muan District Phayao Province. The questionnaires were conducted from the financial and accounting consumers and staffs in Chiang Muan Sub-district municipality Chiang Muan District Phayao Province. The total samples of 200 people. The results were as follows. Researcher concluded from the questionnaires of the financial and accounting consumers and the staffs in Chiang Muan Sub-district municipality Chiang Muan District Phayao Province found that most of the respondents are males and females are subordinate. Most of them are aged between 31-40 years and minor between the ages of 20-30 years. For education the most graduated lower-level diploma / high vocational certificate and minor graduated level diploma /high vocational certificate. Most have income 10,001 to 15,000 baht. Lower income than 10,000 bah tare subordinate. The overall average is the highest level. The mean was4.29. The highest average level of the financial and accounting administration is the results of operations and evaluation with a mean of 4.31 is the highest level. | dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อประเมินการบริหารงานการเงินและบัญชี เทศบาลตำบลเชียงม่วน อำเภอเชียงม่วน จังหวัดพะเยา โดยเก็บแบบสอบถามจากผู้ใช้บริการงานการเงินและบัญชี และพนักงานเทศบาล ตำบลเชียงม่วน อำเภอเชียงมวน จังหวัดพะเยา ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 200 คน ได้ผลการวิจัยดังนี้ ผู้ศึกษาเก็บแบบสอบถามจาก ผู้ใช้บริการงานการเงินและบัญชี และพนักงานเทศบาลตำบลเชียงม่วน อำเภอเชียงม่วน จังหวัดพะเยา ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย รองลงมา เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุระหว่าง 31 - 40 ปี รองลงมา มีอายุระหว่าง 20-30 ปี มีการศึกษาระดับต่ำกว่าอนุปริญญาหรือปวส. รองลงมา มีการศึกษาระดับอนุปริญญาหรือปวส. มีรายได้ 10,001 – 15,000 บาท รองลงมา มีรายได้ต่ำกว่า 10,000 บาท ค่าเฉลี่ยในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.29 ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยระดับ การบริหารงานการเงินและบัญชี มากที่สุด คือ ด้านผลการดำเนินงาน และด้านการติดตามประเมินผล มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.31 อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด รองลงมา คือ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมงานการเงินและบัญชี มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.29 อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ด้านโครงสร้างงานการเงินและบัญชี มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.28 และในส่วนด้านที่มีระดับการบริหารงานการเงินและบัญชี ต่ำที่สุด คือ ด้านการบริหารจัดการงานการเงินและบัญชี มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.27 | |
