Satisfaction of citizens in public service, including problems and obstacles, the overall public service on among Thetsaban Wianglor Sub-district and Thetsaban Honghin Sub-district, Chun District, Phayao Province. Group examples is the people who have the right to appoint the county municipality citizens in Thetsaban Wianglor Sub-district, and people of Thetsaban Honghin Sub-district, Chun District, Phayao Province. The number 400 people tools to queries about the above. Apply data analysis based on the frequency value percent averages and standard deviation. | dc.description.abstract | การค้นคว้าแบบอิสระครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานบริการสาธารณะ ความพึงพอใจของประชาชนในการจัดทำบริการสาธารณะ รวมถึงปัญหา และอุปสรรค โดยภาพรวมในการจัดทำบริการสาธารณะ ระหว่างเทศบาลตำบลเวียงลอ และเทศบาลหงส์หิน อำเภอจุน จังหวัดพะเยา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ คือ ประชาชนที่มีสิทธิเลือกตั้ง ในเขตเทศบาลตำบลเวียงลอ และประชาชนเทศบาลตำบลหงส์หิน อำเภอจุน จังหวัดพะเยา จำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับเรื่องดังกล่าวข้างต้น นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์โดยใช้ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาสรุปได้ดังนี้ ประสิทธิผล และปัจจัยที่มีผลต่องานของเทศบาล คือ ผู้บริหารดำเนินการตามนโยบายที่กำหนดไว้ได้ตรงกับความต้องการของประชาชน ส่วนความพึงพอใจต่อการให้บริการสาธารณะตามนโยบายผู้บริหารท้องถิ่นจากการเปรียบเทียบ พบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่ของเทศบาลตำบลเวียงลอ และเทศบาลหงส์หิน มีความพึงพอใจต่อการให้บริการสาธารณะตามนโยบายผู้บริหารท้องถิ่น มากที่สุด คือ ด้านบริการสาธารณะด้านการศึกษา ศาสนาและวัฒนธรรม รองลงมา คือ ด้านสาธารณูปโภค และสาธารณูปการ ด้านสาธารณสุขและสิ่งแวดล้อมและบริการสาธารณะ ด้านงานให้บริการและบริการชุมชน ข้อเสนอแนะ คือ ควรปรับปรุงการให้บริการ ด้านบริการสาธารณะ ด้านงานให้บริการ และบริการชุมชนให้ตรงตามความต้องการของประชาชนให้มากยิ่งขึ้น | |
