| dc.description | The purpose of this study was to investigate the operation of childcare center of local government in Chiangmuan, Phayao according to local administration standard year 2008. The assessment was divided into 3 aspects, 12 standards and 43 indicators. Data were collected from a population of 51 people and 80 samplings. The size of sampling was percentage random. The total of a population and samplings were 131 persons. The data were collected by 4 rating scale questionnaires. The content analysis was conducted with the application of frequency, mean and standard deviation. Then, the result of data analyzed was showed in table and descriptive paragraph. | |
| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาการปฏิบัติงานศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ในอำเภอเชียงม่วน จังหวัดพะเยา ตามมาตรฐาน (ขั้นพื้นฐาน) กรมส่งเสริมการปกครองท้องถิ่น พ.ศ. 2550 การประเมินแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ด้าน 12 มาตรฐาน 43 ตัวบ่งชี้ โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มประชากร จำนวน 51 คน และกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยการสุ่มแบบร้อยละ 20 จำนวน 80 คน รวมประชากร และกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 131 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 4 ระดับ ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้รับแบบสอบถามคืนมาร้อยละ 100 นำมาวิเคราะห์โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปสถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และนำเสนอในรูปแบบตารางประกอบการบรรยาย | |
