| dc.description | The purpose of this independent study was to develop the application of geographic information system for public utilities system of Pa Daet Municipality, Chiang Rai Province. The study was conducted to explore public utilities data consisted of data of roads, drainage, water resources, public electricity and village water supply system within Pa Daet Sub-district. The data were then processed to geographic information system for public utilities system of Pa Daet Municipality by using Quantum GIS (QGIS). The database set in the public utilities system consisted of roads database according to the type of traffic surface, drainage system database, water resources database, public electricity system database and village water supply system database that the administrators and stakeholders can use this system for planning, maintenance and improvement of public utilities to public service. | dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อพัฒนาสารสนเทศภูมิศาสตร์ เพื่อบริหารจัดการระบบสาธารณูปโภค ของเทศบาลตำบลป่าแดด จังหวัดเชียงราย โดยมีวิธีการดำเนินการศึกษา คือ การสำรวจข้อมูลสาธารณูปโภคของเทศบาลตำบลป่าแดด ได้แก่ ข้อมูลถนน ระบบระบายน้ำ แหล่งน้ำ ระบบไฟฟ้าสาธารณะ และระบบประปาหมู่บ้าน จากนั้น บันทึกและประมวลผลชุดข้อมูลเป็นแผนที่สารสนเทศภูมิศาสตร์ และฐานข้อมูลระบบสาธารณูปโภคด้วยโปรแกรม Quantum GIS (QGIS) ทำให้ได้ฐานข้อมูลระบบสารสนเทศภูมิศาสตร์ เพื่อบริหารจัดการระบบสาธารณูปโภคของเทศบาลตำบลป่าแดด ประกอบด้วยฐานข้อมูลถนน แยกตามประเภทของผิวจราจร ฐานข้อมูลระบบระบายน้ำ ฐานข้อมูลแหล่งน้ำ ฐานข้อมูลระบบไฟฟ้าสาธารณะ และฐานข้อมูลระบบประปาหมู่บ้าน ภายในเขตเทศบาลตำบลป่าแดด ซึ่งสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการวางแผน การบริหารจัดการในการก่อสร้าง และการซ่อมบำรุงรักษาระบบสาธารณูปโภคของเทศบาลตำบลป่าแดด และผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อการประยุกต์ใช้สารสนเทศภูมิศาสตร์ เพื่อบริหารจัดการระบบสาธารณูปโภคของเทศบาลตำบลป่าแดด จังหวัดเชียงราย พบว่า ในภาพรวมมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก | |
