Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของภาคีเครือข่าย ในการพัฒนาการศึกษานอกระบบ และการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยอำเภอแจ้ห่ม จังหวัดลำปาง ในด้านการวางแผน การประสานงาน ความร่วมมือ การทำงานร่วมกัน และการประเมินผล ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษา ได้แก่ บุคลากรศูนย์การศึกษาระบบ และการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยอำเภอแจ้ห่ม และบุคลากรจากภาคีเครือข่ายของศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบ และการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยอำเภอแจ้ห่ม ประกอบด้วย เจ้าหน้าที่องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น เจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุข อาสาสมัครชุมชน เจ้าหน้าที่อนามัยพื้นที่สูงลำปาง เจ้าอาวาสทุกวัดในอำเภอแจ้ห่ม มูลนิธิศุภนิมิตแห่งประเทศไทยสาขาอำเภอแจ้ห่ม จังหวัดลำปาง กำนันผู้ใหญ่บ้าน และเกษตรอำเภอ รวมทั้งสิ้น 277 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา เป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ภาคีเครือข่ายมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาการศึกษานอกระบบ และการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยอำเภอแจ้ห่ม ในภาพรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมากตามลำดับ คือ ด้านความร่วมมือ ด้านการทำงานร่วมกัน ด้านการประเมินผล ด้านการประสานงาน และด้านการวางแผน
Description
The objective of this study was to study the participation of network party in developing Chaehom District Non-formal and Informal Education, Lampang Province. The data collected from various aspects such as: plan, coordination, cooperation, collaboration and evaluation. The target group was 277 people working for non-formal educational center and informal education which consisted of local government officials, health workers, community volunteers, Lampang health region officials, abbot from every temple in Chaehom, World Vision Organization staff, village chief, village senior and agricultural staff. The instrument used in this study was the questionnaire which asked about the Participation of Network party in Developing Chaehom District Non-formal and Informal Education, Lampang Province. The result was found that the Participation of Network party has been the important issue for the educational development both in the non-formal educational center and informal education, Chaehom District. All activities of participation were in high level which could arrange from co-operation, collaboration, evaluation, co-ordination and planning.
