| dc.description | The objectives of this study were to: 1) examine the technological leadership of school administrators.2) investigate the implementation of the student support system. 3) analyze the relationship between the technological leadership of school administrators and the implementation of the student support system and develop a predictive model of technological leadership affecting the implementation of the student support system. The sample consisted of 265 teachers from schools under the Office of Special Education Administration, Group 6. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The findings indicated that: 1) the overall level of technological leadership among school administrators was high, with the highest mean score in the dimension of leadership and technological vision. 2) the overall level of student support system implementation was high, with the highest mean score in the dimension of understanding students individually.3) technological leadership of school administrators had a very high positive correlation with the implementation of the student support system, with statistical significance at the .01 level. The highest correlation was found in the dimension of using technology in administration; and 4) three dimensions of technological leadership, use of techno logy in administration, leadership and technological vision, and use of technology in assessment and evaluation significantly predicted the implementation of the student support system at the .01 level, with a predictive power of 78.30%. | |
| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษา 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) การดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือ และ 4) สร้างสมการพยากรณ์ภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ครูผู้สอน กลุ่มสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษ กลุ่ม 6 จำนวน 265 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านความเป็นผู้นำและวิสัยทัศน์เชิงเทคโนโลยีมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด 2) การดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคลมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด 3) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับสูงมากกับการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ซึ่งด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีในการบริหารมีค่าความสัมพันธ์สูงที่สุด ซึ่งพบว่า ภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 3 ด้าน สามารถนำมาพยากรณ์การดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน ได้แก่ ด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีในการบริหาร, ด้านความเป็นผู้นำและวิสัยทัศน์เชิงเทคโนโลยี และด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีในการวัดผลและประเมินผล อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยมีร้อยละความสำเร็จ เท่ากับ 78.30 | |
