Abstract
การศึกษาความชุกและความหนาแน่นของหนอนพยาธิในปลาตะเพียนขาว (Barbonymus gonionotus) และปลาสร้อยขาว (Henicorhynchus siamensis) จากคลองแม่กรณ์ ตำบลแม่กรณ์ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเชียงราย ระหว่างเดือนกรกฎาคมถึงเดือนธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2559 โดยการสุ่มตรวจปลาตะเพียนขาว 52 ตัว และปลาสร้อยขาว 39 ตัว ในปลาตะเพียนขาวมีความชุกรวม เท่ากับ 13.46% พบ พยาธิหัวหนาม 3 ชนิด ได้แก่ Pallisentis sp. Rhadinorhynchus sp. และ Unknown I ในลำไส้โดยมีความชุก (ความหนาแน่น) เท่ากับ 7.96% (0.96 ต่อตัวปลา) 3.85% (0.28 ต่อตัวปลา) และ 1.92% (0.02 ต่อตัวปลา) ตามลำดับ ในปลาสร้อยขาวมีความชุกรวม เท่ากับ 7.69% พบ หนอนพยาธิ 1 ชนิด ได้แก่ พยาธิหัวหนาม Pallisentis sp. พบ บริเวณลำไส้ โดยมีความชุก (ความหนาแน่น) เท่ากับ 7.69% (0.18 ต่อตัวปลา)
Description
Prevalences and intensities of helminths in silver barb (Barbonymus gonionotus) and Siamese mud carp (Henicorhynchus siamensis) from Mae Korn Canal, Mae Korn sub-district, Muang district, Chiang Rai province were studied during July to December 2016. Fifty-two fishes of silver barb and thirty-nine fishes of Siamese mud carp were randomly sampled. In Silver barb, total prevalence was 13.46%. Three species of acanthocephalans were found in the intestine: Pallisentis sp, Rhadinorhynchus sp. and Unknown I with the prevalences (intensities) of 7.96% (0.96 per fish), 3.85% (0.28 per fish) and 1.92% (0.02 per fish), respectively. In Siamese mud carp, total prevalence was 7.69%. One species of helminth was found in the intestine: Pallisentis sp. with 7.69% (0.18 per fish) of the prevalence (intensity).
