| dc.description | The purpose of this research 1) identify the new future skills of administrators 2) compare the opinions of administrators and teachers by gender, job position, and work experience. About the new future skills of administrators at Phrapariyattidhamma School, General Education Department, Phayao Province. Sample groups include educational institution administrators and teachers totaling 91 people. The sample size was determined using Taro Yamane's ready-made tables and using stratified sampling methods. Using statistics to analyze data, including percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results of the research found that 1) new future skills of Phrapariyattidhamma School administrators General Education Department, Phayao Province, the overall picture is at a high level. The first 3 rankings are cooperation building skills. Diversity acceptance skills and leadership and inspirational skills 2) Results of comparing the new future skills of Phrapariyattidhamma School administrators. General Education Department, Phayao Province, classified by gender and overall work experience, found that there were no differences. And classified by job position overall, it was found to be different with statistical significance at the .05 level. | |
| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อทักษะแห่งอนาคตใหม่ของผู้บริหาร 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู โดยจำแนกตามเพศ ตำแหน่งงาน และประสบการณ์ทำงาน เกี่ยวกับทักษะแห่งอนาคตใหม่ของผู้บริหารที่โรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา จังหวัดพะเยา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู จำนวน 91 รูป/คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของ Taro Yamane และใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น โดยใช้สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ทักษะแห่งอนาคตใหม่ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา จังหวัดพะเยา ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับ 3 ลำดับแรก ได้แก่ ทักษะการสร้างความร่วมมือ ทักษะการยอมรับในความหลากหลาย และทักษะความเป็นผู้นำและสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบทักษะแห่งอนาคตใหม่ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา จังหวัดพะเยา จำแนกตามเพศ และประสบการณ์ทำงาน ในภาพรวม พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกัน และจำแนกตามตำแหน่งงาน ในภาพรวม พบว่า แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 | |
